Why Duterte needs 100% returning of PH by end of his term in 2022, says Andanar?

President Duterte's objective for the last 10 months of his term is to set up the country for its 100% returning after the unfavorable impacts on the economy by the progressing Covid infection (COVID-19). 

This was expressed by Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar during a radio meeting Tuesday morning, Aug. 31, as he talked about the excess days of the Duterte organization. 

"Lahat ng gagawin ni Presidente (All of the President's activities) in the following 10 months is to set up the nation, to set up the populace, to set up the populace for the possible resuming of the economy, returning 100% of the public authority, at lahat po ng aspeto ng ating bansa ay mabuksan na para makabalik po tayo doon sa ordinary na alam natin (to return all parts of our country to bring back the business as usual that we know)," he said. 

Doing as such, Andanar said, would make the work simpler for the following organization when the new Philippine pioneer dominates. 

'Pag nagkaroon po tayo ng maayos na preparasyon, at kapag nalabanan po natin ang COVID-19 ng husto, eh 'pag annoy progress na po tayo sa 2022 at bagong pangulo, mas madali na po para sa bagong administrasyon na makabangon at maka-skip back sa problema natin na naging… resulta ng lockdowns (If we make the right arrangements and we battle COVID-19 appropriately, then, at that point the new organization will see it simpler to rise and bob back from the issues brought about by lockdowns once we change to the new president in 2022)," he clarified. 

Andanar said that the Duterte organization's endeavors to redesign the economy in its last months would result in the age of much-required positions.

President Duterte has said that he intends to run for VP in the May 2022 decisions. 

Official Spokesperson Harry Roque made this affirmation Thursday, Aug. 26, even as he shared that Duterte had an alleged epiphany on the political circumstance the earlier day. 

"Ulitin ko lang po, kaya po tatakbo ang Presidente bilang bise presidente ay dahil mayroon siyang incomplete business–korapsyon, droga (I will rehash, the motivation behind why the President will run for VP is that he has incomplete business–debasement, drugs)," Roque said during a virtual press preparation.
