Your vehicle is competent in stocking a substantial load does not mean that your tires cannot sustain the equivalent weight. Be sure to compare the weight of the load and the highest speed before trying to remove or drag the heavy load. Tires are prevalent in severe snow and ice conditions, not really. Dry road paths cause degeneration of snow tires and humble drag.
