Whether you are a parent, grandparent, or anyone else who cares about our planet, this article aims to encourage you to be careful and conscious about the food you buy. If you don’t understand why this has been listed, please check my article to find out more.
So you must be wondering why posting about food choices for kids is even necessary? How can I help?
The food systems need to be entirely reworked so that children can get the nutrition they need to grow taller and bigger and bolder.
The beverage industry is responsible for more greenhouse gases than any other, 1.7 g of carbon dioxide emissions for every 1 pound of fruit and vegetable. This health hazard is so grave that kids as young as two or three years old are known to not be able to live with the following fact — the food and beverage industry has a long way to go.
Somehow, without gut bacteria and nutrients, the nutritional systems of our babies and little ones grow smaller at a rapid rate. That’s why over 97 percent of young children currently don’t meet the recommended recommendations for physical activity. Can a human child be healthy if he is merely being fed with an unhealthy diet and a sedentary lifestyle?
If you’re a parent or someone who simply cares about the well-being of your children, then this article would be of value to you. Although this article is about nutrition, it is of equal significance to make sure that not one meal passes through your child without him/her working on it.
Here are seven foods that are a good source of micronutrients and protein that can help you and your child grow taller. Also, don’t forget to educate yourself on the dietary requirements of your kids.
1. Oranges
Natural juices/gummies are high in most vitamins and nutrients. Children under one and a half-year-old (and even older) can’t do much with apples and pears. But they’ll love cutting them up and eating the mini-sized brownies, apples, pears, and oranges when they’re hungrier.
Brownies with lemon slices.
2. Vegetables
As children, fruits are food by default. They’re high in fiber and thus, help them feel full faster and eat healthily.
Celery, carrots, carrots.
3. Eggs
The best source of healthy nourishment for children under ten is a balanced diet of eggs. With nutritious vitamins and minerals, children under two-and-a-half years old can’t get enough nutrient power from a purely organic diet.
If you need to feed your kids with chickens for nutrients and that don’t require paraffin wax, then you should look for new chicken products that promote organic farming. This is the most efficient way to increase nutrient content. Just keep in mind that if you buy chicken in a general store, check the prices of processed organic chicken products before you buy it.
5. Probiotics
Kids require nukes of certain nutrients such as calcium and proteins and thus, children are more likely to develop at a faster rate if they’re given probiotics. Probiotics are found in a lot of natural foods, which are a good source of nutrients. Make sure your kids aren’t too young to be introduced to probiotics. At this age, probiotics allow children to stay fully healthy.
6. Gravy
Carbs (and for that matter, proteins) are the best way to prevent diabetes. Kids that are eating low-calorie diets get a balanced nutrient dose and so do adults. Don’t worry, you don’t have to limit dairy products to feed your kids. Good dairy products that have a high proportion of plant proteins are also a good source of nutrients for your kids.
7. Oranges
If you have small toddlers, then you’re struggling to think of an indulgence that doesn’t easily taste disgusting. Oranges are high in protein and fiber and therefore, feed you a few nutrients for your children.

It’s as if we’re living in a post-pandemic world right now — so it would be perfectly okay if you keep this article short, and it won’t seem as though you care too much about the health of your children. After all, don’t we all?
