Giloy
( Tinospora cordifolia) - You all must know this name very well. People in corona time have used a lot of decoction of Giloy recently and have taken advantage of it. Our immunity increases from it. Drinking a glass of giloy decoction every day does not complain of fever.
1. You can also consume Giloy in dengue fever.

○ Turmeric
( Curcuma longa) -Turmeric is there in all of our homes; you will also know its uses. Turmeric has numerous medicinal values.

○ Vinca rosea/ Sadabahar Phool
( Catharanthus roseus)- it is a small flower of mainly two colors, white and pink. It has excellent medicinal value.

○ Durva/ doob/Bermuda grass
