Habit is the name given to behavior so often repeated as to be automatic.
Childhood is the immature stage of human life. For example, in this stage, 's lifea child's life is just like a clean state; whatever they want to make their life, they can because habits are not inborn, but these are acquired. In fact, from the very beginning, a child starts doing some initial or primary activities. With time they begin to do various types of activities. There are some activities in which they do not feel any problem in performing these activities. But some activities are difficult to achieve. They become habitual in performing these activities. Such actions are called habits.
There are mainly two types of Habits:-

Punishment may be a useful tool in helpful bad habits. However, the punishment should be appropriate and given at the right time. We should also keep in mind that overdoes of punishment can make the child stubborn. Sometimes, rewards may plan an influential role in breaking bad habits.
