This movie was released in 2019. This is a story of a boy named Hodaka Morishima who leaves his house with no plans for the future and goes to Tokyo. There he meets a writer who gives him a place to stay and tells him to work with him in return. Then he finds a girl named Hina Amano who has the power to change the weather. They both start a business together, and the girl, later on, is given the name 'The Sunshine Girl.'At last, when Tokyo city starts drowning due to bad weather, Hina saves the city and disappears from the world. Hodaka finds and brings her back. In the end, they again meet after 3 years. This movie has a happy ending and is full of fantasy.

This movie was released in 2013. This is a story of a boy named Takao who wants to be a shoemaker in the future. He used to skip his lessons to spend time in a lovely garden. There he meets a woman(27 years old) named Yukino, who is older than him. They two start to meet each other but only in the morning of rainy days. It becomes like a tradition for them. Yukino also avoids her work due to some personal problems and likes to spend time in the garden for peace. Two of them get closer and secretly teach each other to walk in life. This movie gives the message of longing and sadness.

This movie was released in 2016. This is a story of a girl named Shoko Nishimiya who has a hearing impairment. She joins an elementary school, and there, a boy named Shoya Ishida, along with other classmates, used to bully her. The girl gets frustrated and leaves the school. The boy becomes regretful for the actions he had done in the past against the girl. He decides to meet the girl again. He feels sorry for his behavior, but it has been too late.
The next part of this movie gives a heart-touching twist of the reunion of the girl and the boy. The boy tries to remorse for all the faults he has done and slowly starts loving her. Next to this, because of bearing so much pain and hearing various things by people, the girl tries to commit suicide from the balcony of his house, but the boy comes at the right time. The girl reveals to him that she is suffering from a disease of the pancreas. Sakura starts taking an interest in the boy. She asks him to be her friend and help her to live her dreams with her. She also wants him to support her in the last stage of her life. The boy agrees to her to spend time as a friend.

It is a story of a girl named Mitsuha Miyamizu, living in a village named Itomori with her grandmother and younger sister and a boy named Taki Tachibana living in Tokyo. They both share a connection of sharing their bodies when they sleep. Things become more complicated when they decide to meet each other. With time, they both develop a liking for each other, and slowly, their attraction gets converted into love. Later on, Taki comes to discover that the place where Mitsuha lived was destroyed by a meteor. This movie is full of emotions and fantasy and may definitely bring tears to your eyes.
