1.Vajrasana:

Method:

Bend both the legs and place them under the buttocks so that the heels are facing outwards and are attached to the buttocks.

The two will be connected; keep the waist, neck, and head straight. Keep your hands on your knees with your knees bent.

 

Benefit:

1.this is a meditative posture, which removes the restlessness of the mind.

2.This is the only asana to be done after a meal. By doing this, indigestion, acidity, gas, constipation are relieved. By doing it for 5 to 15 minutes after the meal, the digestion of food gets done properly.

3. Whereas in daily yoga practice, it should be done for 1 to 3 minutes removes knee pain. 

 

 

2.padmasana:

Method:

Sitting in dandasana, place the right foot on the thigh of the left foot. Similarly, place the left foot on the right thigh keep the spine straight. According to convenience by keeping the left foot on the thigh of the right foot. You can fix the right foot on the left yoke.

3.Naukasana:

Method:

Lie straight with both hands on top of the thighs. Now while in healing, first raise the head and shoulders, then raise the legs also, arms, legs, and head are raised like a parallel boat.

Staying in this position for some time. Slowly bring the hands, feet, and head to the ground while exhaling.

In this way, the frequency can be 3  to 6 times. The competitive yoga of this asana is dhanurasana. That is after naukasana, dhanurasana should be done.

 

Benefit:

1.its benefits are also similar to that of uttanpadasana. 

2. Heart and lungs are also strengthened by the entry of pranavayu.

3. It is good for the health of the antra(intestine), stomach, pancreas, liver, etc.

 

 

4.Sarvangasana:

Method:

1.Lie straight on the back, keep the hands together on either side and keep the palms facing the ground.

2.Breathe in and slowly the legs up to 30 degrees, then 60 degrees, and finally 90 degrees while raising the legs. You can take help from the hands. If it is not straight at 90 degrees, then take the legs at 120 degrees, raise the hands, and put them behind the waist. The elbows should be resting on the ground and keep the legs together and straight, the claws stretched upwards, and the eyes closed, or keep an eye on the toes. Starting with two minutes slowly, this yoga can be done for half an hour.

3. While coming back, keep the legs straight and behind backward, slightly remove both the hands from the waist and straighten them on the ground, now pressing the ground with the palms the order in which they got up. In the same sequence, slowly straighten the back and the legs on the ground rest in Shavasana for about the same time as the Shavasana is done competitive or complementary to this asana is matsyasana; therefore,,, doing matsyasana before rest in Shavasana is more beneficial than this asana.

 

 

Benefit:
