I was also finding some difficulties in reading books and making notes. So, I will share my secret on how to tackle this chapter and got marks in the engineer 1sem exams.

It would help if you guys had a physical book first to read this chapter using the physical book has given a feel so that it eases your mind while in online or pdf form of a book it does not give that feel and doesn't give good peace of mind and it feels us very boring in pdf or e-books.

Before taking notes, you have to read first that chapter or paragraph to give a brief introduction about the chapter or a particular paragraph or topic. By reading first, you can get ideas to make notes to precisely do your work, not by writing the whole book in notes.
(3) understanding of chapter and topic or paragraph
While making precise notes, make quick revisions whenever you need to understand the chapter or topic, or paragraph. This task needs hard work once you did it. This is lifelong for you.
(4) taking online studying platforms help
If you find it difficult to understand, you can take help or online platforms such as YouTube or various apps. I would strongly go towards YouTube, and it is my personal experience. I studied from the physics wallah channel to enhance my preparation, and I am very highly obliged and thankful to this channel to help. And I strongly recommend you guys for science students.
(5) make concise and precise notes
You have to make precise and concise notes for rapid revision, which helps you during exam time. Remember, you do not have to write whole in the name of notes making.
(6) break long this thing into points.
You have it in bits and pieces for any long paragraph or topic, so it is easily removable to you. You make points in a very orderly manner.
(7) always show coherency in writing.
While writing, you have to follow a perfect sequence and coherency, making the notes concise and precise.
8.while you are attending any class, you have to stay yourself very active, calm, composed and note the things that the teacher delivered in their lectures.
9.whenever you are making notes, understanding is must clarify your thoughts every time.
10.while making notes underline important key points in your notes to help you revise quickly.
11.use different color pens during note-making. And use suitable color which would you like so that it eases your mind.
12.use a smooth notebook to write so that you will write fluently without any stop, making you concentrate.
13.make a cheerful environment during the study. Sit where your mind and you feel comfortable.
14.while write give space so that it will look good and easy to understand to you
15.Draw diagram where needed with proper numbering and naming
