Second trimester (second 3 months) are most women need about 340 extra calories a day. Last trimester (last three months) are most women need about 450 extra calories a day. Then consult your doctor about how many calories you need during pregnancy. Avoid Certain Foods:

Certain eatable foods are women should avoid during pregnancy durations. There are unpasteurized milk, unpasteurized meats, thoroughly don't proper cooking foods, some fish, mango, pineapples, soft cheeses, raw eggs, dairy milk products, caffeine, spice foods, etc.… these food products are more harmful to your baby. Avoid Unwanted Habits:

FASD can have abnormal facial features, severe learning disabilities, and behavioral issues. Alcohol can affect the unborn child's health in the earliest stages of pregnancy.
Then smoking is unhealthy for yourself and your unborn child. It increases the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), miscarriage, premature birth, and other poor problems.
This alcohol and smoking decrease your self and your unborn baby's circulation of oxygen level. So, these habits are more harmful to you and your baby.
Exercise:

Exercise improves the healthiness of yourself and your unborn child. Exercise is staying active is essential for your general health and can help your blood circulation, control your proper weight. Exercise is a must for pregnant women. Aim to at least 20-30 minutes of practice everyday exercise for yourself and your baby. For example, exercise, yoga, walking, meditation are also great activities for most pregnant women but be sure to consult with your doctor first before starting any exercise programs.
Build Some New Habits:

Your unborn baby for build some new habits like, listening melody songs, talk about to some like persons, eat like foods, feel nature environment, read books, talk about to your unborn child with a happy mood, watch cinema, etc.… this always stay help for your self and unborn child happiness.
