How to get a fit body?

The ways to make the body fit can be classified in two ways: external and internal.
External ways.

How much running is required to make a fit body?
You should run at least 2 to 5 km daily to become fit, especially, in early morning.
2. Exercises and Workouts:

Exercises help you boost your pleasure. Daily workouts have so many benefits related to mental health. Exercises and workouts raise your dopamine level (the hormone that gives you pleasure and happiness) and help you avoid anxiety, and depression.
It increases your muscle strength and helps you raise your testosterone level as a result. You feel energetic and super active every time.

There are some scientifically proven exercises that help you get fit.
a) Push ups:

e) Head standing:

Internal way.
1. A healthy diet:
