- Feeling of nothing good or despair, crying, and heavy sadness.
- Denying going to school, avoiding social interaction, suicidal thoughts.
- Difficulty in sleeping or sleeping too much.
- Physical weakness includes not having energy, digestive issues, changes in appetite, weight changes.
Causes of depression
There are several causes of depression that can affect the brain and heart mostly; a person can be depressed when facing lots of trouble, conflicts, or failure.
People who have a hectic schedule and do not have time to enjoy may have a higher risk of depression.
Students having a higher depression rate in this era due to the high pressure of study and higher expectations of family and society make them like robots even if they couldn’t express their feelings to anyone.
