HOW A NATURAL ENZYME CAN IMPROVE and MAINTAIN YOUR HEALTH?

An enzyme is a type of protein found inside a cell. Enzymes cause chemical reactions in the body. They actually speed up the chemical reaction process to help support life. The enzymes in your body help to perform the most important functions. This includes building muscle, destroying toxins, and breaking down food particles during digestion. Enzyme formation is associated with its function. Heat, disease, or severe chemical conditions can damage enzymes and alter their structure. When this happens, the enzyme no longer exists. This affects the body's processes an enzyme that helps support it. Enzymes are essential for the digestion of healthy food and a healthy body. They work with other chemicals in the body, such as stomach acid and bile, to help break down food into molecules for many bodily functions.

Enzymes are produced naturally in the body

For example, enzymes are needed for the digestive system to function properly. Digestive enzymes are mainly produced in the pancreas, stomach and intestines. But even your salivary glands produce digestive enzymes that begin to break down food molecules while you are chewing. You can also take enzymes in pill form if you have certain digestive problems.

Digestive enzymes play a key role in breaking down the food you eat. These proteins accelerate the chemical reaction that converts nutrients into substances that can drain your digestive tract.

Your saliva contains digestive enzymes. Some of your organs, including the pancreas, gall, and liver, also release them. Cells above your intestines store them, too.

Different types of enzymes regulate different nutrients:

• Amylase breaks down carbohydrates and starch

• Protease works on proteins

• Lipase treats fat

Natural Sources of Digestive Enzyme

Fruits, vegetables, and other foods contain natural digestive enzymes. Eating them can improve your digestion.

• Honey, especially raw varieties, contains amylase and protease.

• Mangoes and bananas contain amylase, which helps the fruit ripen.

• Papaya has a type of protease called papain.

• Avocado contains the enzyme digesting lipase.

• Sauerkraut, or ripe cabbage, absorbs digestive enzymes during fermentation.

If your body does not make enough digestive enzymes, you will not be able to digest food properly. That could mean stomach pain, diarrhea, gas, or other painful symptoms.

Some digestive problems prevent your body from making enough enzymes, such as:

Lactose intolerance. This is when your small intestine does not make enough of the enzyme lactase, which breaks down the natural sugar in milk called lactose. With lactase deficiency, lactose into the dairy products you eat directly goes into your colon instead of entering your body. It then interacts with bacteria and causes uncomfortable stomach symptoms.

There are three types of lactose intolerance:

Main. You are born with a genetic predisposition to lactose intolerance. Genetics are more common in African, Asian, or Spanish. Your lactase levels suddenly drop in childhood. Then you can no longer digest milk easily. This is the most common type of lactose intolerance.

Second. Your small intestine produces less lactase after illness, injury, or surgery. It can also be a sign of celiac disease and Crohn's disease.

Birth or growth. From the time you are born, your body does not make lactase. This is rare. You need to inherit this from your mom and dad.
