Home is wherever the center is for Sindhu Arun, associate Master in Business Administration graduate from Richard Neville Business School, UK, who has created a cold-pressed oil whole based mostly out of a village in Tamil Nadu Tiruppur district and brought the privately held corporation from a turnover of a meager Rs ten 100000 in 2013 to Rs vi large integer in FY 2020-21.
Winning the arrogance of her husband Arun’s family, particularly her father-in-law’s younger brother V Gopalakrishnan, who was running the family’s coconut meat business while not having a reputation or a brand, Sindhu had more employees, wide-ranging the merchandise portfolio and inflated the turnover in just some years.

Sindhu, 37, hails from a humble, conservative family in a village close to Pollachi in the Coimbatore district.
She has been like my remote mentor until this day, says Sindhu, who had always dreamt of turning into an associate entrepreneur. She studied in Tamil medium till category twelve and did her B technical school in info Technology from Mahalingam Engineering College, Pollachi.
She got married to Arun, whose family was in the coconut meat business. They bought coconuts from farmers in and around their village Modakkupatti and turned them into copra with the assistance of laborers. Ramanujam and R Rajaveni – took care of the lands, and Gopalakrishnan took care of the family business.
Sindhu’s female parents inspired her to affix the business and supported her by taking care of her girl – who was simply six months recent at that point - and therefore the social unit work. By then, Marico had started procuring coconuts underneath a brand-new theme and that we provided coconuts to them rather than copra.” In 2017, She and Arun registered AgriPro Industries as a partnership firm associated and launched cold-pressed oils under PRESSO.
They borrowed Rs 12 lakh from well-wishers and raised another Rs eight lakh by pledging Sindhu’s jewels to line up the assembly facility for the cold-pressed oils in Modakkupatti.
