Put one teaspoon of fenugreek in two teaspoons of warm silver oil. After cooling, apply on scalp. Massage for 15 minutes. Rinse after 45 minutes.

Mix fenugreek and egg yolk and apply on hair. Rinse after 20 minutes. It is also good for hair shine.

You can mix soaked fenugreek and curry leaves and apply it on the hair. This will help in hair growth and darkening of the hair.
Other benefits of fenugreek
Fenugreek appears relatively safe for healthy people.
However, as with most supplements, less serious side effects like diarrhea and indigestion have been reported anecdotally.
People may also experience reduced appetite, which could be harmful if you have an eating disorder or are trying to weight gain. 
Moreover, some people report a strange and slightly sweet body odor when supplementing, but this is unconfirmed.
Given its effect on blood sugar, fenugreek should be used with caution if you’re taking diabetes medication or other supplements that lower blood sugar levels.
Aside from potentially benefiting those with low testosterone, fenugreek has been shown to improve your health in other ways.
• May increase breast milk production. A recent review found that fenugreek significantly increased breast milk production in four out of the five studies included in the review . 
• May reduce high blood sugar levels. Studies have shown that fenugreek supplements can reduce blood sugar level and hemoglobin A1c — a marker of long-term blood sugar control — in people with diabetes  
• Contains anti-inflammatory compounds. Fenugreek seeds contain anti-inflammatory compounds like flavonoid antioxidants, which may help reduce symptoms of certain inflammatory conditions like asthma. 
• May reduce cholesterol. A review of 12 studies noted that fenugreek significantly decrease the cholesterol level in people with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes
May have anticancer effects. Test-tube studies have demonstrated that fenugreek extract can kill certain cancer cells such as lymphoma and breast cancer cells. 
Fenugreek seeds also prevent constipation and stomach ulcers that cause a lot of discomforts. These seeds are rich in antioxidants and fibers that clear the body from harmful toxins. Other digestive problems that can be cured by fenugreek seeds are stomach inflammation (gastritis), heartburn and loss of appetite. 
Side effects may include diarrhea, stomach upset, bloating, gas, and a "maple syrup" odor in urine. It may also cause allergic reactions in some people, including symptoms of nasal congestion, coughing, wheezing, and facial swelling.
