A Bangladeshi village man named Mohammed Hasan Parvez, who is writing the entire newspaper by hand on quarter basis every months. His newspaper name is ''Andarmanik'' & very popular newspaper in his area. He lives in west sonatalia village which southern part of Bangladesh & coastal area which district name is Patuakhali where national daily newspaper hardly to reach also very few people using internet in that side. So he has decided to write a newspaper for his local communities.
