           What Are Periods? The age of 13 to 50 years is called the reproductive age of women. Normally the periods start from the age of 13 after that these periods keep coming continuously till about 50 years, periods stop coming after the age of 50, Every month, women of reproductive age have bleeding for 3 to 4 days out of a vagina, this is called menstruation or also called periods.
