Some things taste as delicious as eating, they look as bad as they look. Today we are going to tell you about a coffee which is considered to be the most expensive coffee in the world. This coffee is quite different from common coffee. The name of this coffee is Black Ivory Bland Coffee. This coffee, made in northern Thailand, is actually made from seeds included in elephant potty. The cost of this coffee is 1100 dollars i.e. 67000 rupees per kg. There is a complex process of making this coffee, due to which its price increases.
Coffee is made from elephant dung. Its process is very surprising. For this, the elephants are first fed the raw fruits of coffee. The elephant dries after digesting it. After this, coffee seeds are found in that droppings. Coffee seeds extracted from elephant dung are dried in the sun and they are brewed. After this, Black Ivory coffee is prepared.
Let me tell you, this coffee is prepared on a very large scale in Thailand. According to the information, this coffee is not bitter at all. This is because elephantine enzymes break down the proteins of coffee during digestion. This eliminates bitterness and increases taste.
