We have passed the sun salutations and if you are like me, you have probably tried and marketed Yoga for ‘calorie burn’ exercises. Now let's look at problem areas. Identifies Problems When Using Yoga To Lose Weight: 1. Stomach Region: Front Position Position, Bending Location, Peacock Location, Spinal Curfew and Triangular Area. 2. Arms: Definitely Peacock Stand! Wheel Pose, Crow Pose, Side Plannk Pose and 4-legs Staff. 3. Thighs: Bow Pose, Shoulder-Stand, Hero Pose, Triangle shape and wheel. 4. Love Handles: Spinal curvature, triangular shape, (practically) Side of Crow Side, (for convenience) Side plank shape. I realize that the spots above are the ones most of us seem to be directing when trying to lose weight, so I made sure I went through them first. I feel that if you have ever researched google or researched Yoga to lose weight, you should have got some information about the above posture, or signed up for a class, bought a Yoga DVD, something to learn more about, that's why I didn't analyze each post in detail. . But trust me, they are really simple. I will emphasize, however, doing Sun Salutations (over 24 rounds) should be your main focus on using Yoga in a weight loss program, even before one stops. This will also help: The one position that some of Yogis and Yoginis have in a flexible enough body shape will be the Shoulder-Stand. It is best done with its calculation conditions, in fact, as these conditions have an impact on the meta-physical and spiritual aspects of our lives, it would be safe to say that you should never do yoga pose without protesting. You may throw away some unusual items. Here is a brief overview of the Shoulder-stand as a yoga pose for weight loss: Lay down a thick blanket on the floor and place your yoga mat on it. Lie on your back. Slightly lift the legs. Lift the trunk, hips and legs to stand up straight. Place the elbows firmly on the floor and support the back with both hands. (See Illustration of Performance). Lift the legs straight. Press the chin on the chest. This is the beard lock. While doing this, the back of the neck, the back of the head and shoulders should touch the floor. Breathing in quantities of 5-5-5 (breathing, retention and exhalation). Do not allow the body to move. Counter poses are a bridge and a fish stand that will guide your arms / thighs and chest / neck respectively. As I promised; here is a Breath of Fire breathing exercise that you can add to your yoga practice to speed up the burning of calories. (Doesn't the word alone tell you something…?) Breath of Fire Exercise (also known as Kapalabathi or Bellows Breath) -Let's breathe a little and see if the diaphragm is moving properly. Now with the eyes closed (as they should be when doing all breathing exercises) make the abdominal contraction abrupt by pushing back. This leads to a sudden but strong exhalation of dry air in the lungs. -Now follow this with sudden relief (which naturally causes fresh air to run) and now it works like this: a little sniffing and active exhaustion by the amount of sudden abdominal pressure. The cycle should have 15-20 dismisses. Do not exceed 3 rounds -You can gradually increase up to 120 each chase and do only 2 rounds. (As soon as you exhale 50 rounds each, do not exceed 2 rounds!) During each round take a break for about 30 seconds of normal breathing. Now, you already have, the knowledge you need to get started using Yoga to lose weight: The conditions of the problem areas, the wind, the shoulder position and the almighty Sun salutations. Remember, for the same reasons Hippocrates — the father of Medicine said: "Let your diet be your medicine and your medicine your diet", you should include proper diet when you want to lose weight with yoga. Remember that this is the most important part of this job, so there is no way to get around friends. (But I'm sure you already know that) So take a pose, and see for yourself how Yoga for weight loss can be an effective and safe decision.
