Worry of child death

Today's child's of our country, tomorrow's future, but child's death is mean topic to discuss , because of many children's are death in health issues.

The leading causes of death among children under five in 2017 were preterm birth complications , acurespiratery infection , intrapartum related complications , congenital Anomolis and diarrhea. Neonatal deaths occurred for 47% of under five years olds children's death in 2017.

Sub Saharan Africa , which accounts for 37% neonatal deaths , has highest new born death rates . Neonatal deaths there account for about a third of under five death globally. 1.1 millions new born die in the first month of life.

In 2015 South Asia, just under six million children's died globally. With more than 30% coming of South Asia. That it equivalent to eleven children's diying in every single minute worldwide. This alarming rate of child mortality continues to happen despite the fact that some of these diseases are easily preventable.  Although there are safe , proven and cost effective intervention for key infection disease such as pneumonia and diarrhea , they remain the leading cause of death. In South Asia , they account for 15 percent and 9 percent of all under five deaths respectively.

In Indian government taken several steps to rejuvenate the health sector . In December 2014 launched ambitious immunisation program , mission Indra Dhanush which aim to achieve full coverage by 2020. In addition , it is promoting healthcare start ups by launching initiative such as stand up India , start up India as it recognizes the potential for strong growth.

In Australia , in 2017 , child death rates ( ages 0 to 4 ) were 28 percent lower than child death rates in 2017. Over the period 1907 to 2017 , the age standardized death rate felt by 74 % .

Now people are more education provide to child deaths and prevent .
