"Power" is a fictional and mysterious phenomenon that no one can see but stands on the basis of real principles. In the film, Star Wars, the "Force" is often mentioned by members of Jedi ; a religious organization. Heroes-priests of the Jedi Order have served as great supporters of what they believe are the main ideas of The Force.
The Jedi principles by which they lived their lives are excellent guides for human life, especially in the midst of all the turmoil of today's world. As long as The Force's "Black Side" equates not only evil but also the negative effects on human life, the principles of the Jedi Code can easily be applied to build one's philosophy of living a healthy, complete and healthy life.
No feelings; there is peace.
Being able to control one's emotions was important to the Jedi, as their jobs often required them to remain as purposeful as possible. Fear and anxiety can have serious consequences for a person's decision-making, which can be detrimental to one's health. By managing your stress and anxiety, isolating yourself from the tasks you are supposed to do, you can effectively find better solutions to your problems than you would if you let your anxiety affect your analysis of the situation. This view does not encourage self-denial, since doing so can lead to more anxiety and psychological problems than simply solving them. It simply states that people should allow their thoughts and emotions to control their decisions, not their emotions.
There is no ignorance; there is information.
Jedi Order supports the pursuit of prescribed information. To support the search for enlightenment, they built a large library containing information on various subjects and instructions needed to teach and train the Jedi. They also shared that knowledge, to enlighten the same people who were trying to protect them. Many phobias can be alleviated if people take the time to understand things. In some cases, anxiety disorders can be overcome by simply equipping a person's mind with sufficient information about the reasins of anxiety, thus allowing the person to better understand and deal with the problem.
There is no lust; there is peace.
Excessive zeal for something was dangerous, as it could blind a person to his judgment and to his mind. For people in positions of responsibility, consideration was needed in almost every case. The same can be said of anyone in today's life. Emotions and enthusiasm can undermine our ability to make good decisions, and it can have a detrimental effect on our ability to recognize our mistakes and correct them to avoid further damage. Calmness in the face of adversity can be very helpful in keeping one's mental health stable and far from “going by mail.” As long as you do not allow your stress and anxiety to grow by focusing on negative things, then your mind will be calm, you will be able to make better decisions and focus on what is happening in a person’s life.
There is no death, only Power.
The Jedi believed that when a person died, they became members of The Force. This made them view death, not as a tragedy, but as an imminent change. To get used to this in modern life, bad events can be portrayed as “death” in a philosophical sense, as “Power” serves as a metaphor for life itself. What thing and when it makes you worried? In other words, it basically means that, no matter what the worst events in a person's life, no matter the anxieties or fears, the nausea caused by business and family activities, there is still life itself. when something is wrong with you, give yourself time to stop and smell the roses. Your whole life will not be governed by a single car crash or improper termination. Life and you should.
When we consider all of the above principles, it is hard to imagine how they could fail to lead to a better state of mind, even in the midst of the turmoil of modern life. That is, if they are followed as human philosophy and can only be considered guidelines.
