With the Blessings of Almighty a Woman has the privilege to have to two Souls inside her Body during Pregnancy,one which is her own Soul and the other her childs Soul, Sometimes 3 Souls incase of Twin. Henceforth I would like to request all the men's to consider this Divine Creature which is so called woman with great respect and elevate there status in the society which leads to Transformation of Social Reforms.

The Energy of Women requires attention for REWARDS & RECOGNITION with a big applaud since they work tirelessly 24/7 fro the upbringing of their children and to maintain thier families by providing Cocoon like Comfort with her presence. As this Marvellous work is unrecognised by the human mind women who choose to be Homemakers are not considered as working category perons in the society which is why they tend to have low Self Esteem.
8. Literacy rate goes up by Educating the women in large scale which covers rural areas as well as underdeveloped countries.
9. Women Empowerment & Gender justice addresses the equality challenges.
10. In work fronts women should be awarded higher weightage fo gender diversity.
11. Woman's voice should be heard which is neglected despite all civilization advancement.
12. Heinous crime against women will be stopped by educating about social reforms at the grass root level in the School Curriculum.
13. Women coming out and demanding their rights and seeking justice for the wrong done to them by instituitionalized religious rights performed by the self proclaimed men calling themselves as the custodian of the different religions.
14. I believe the time has for the UNITED NATIONS to start the campaign with the goal of raising individuals to stand up and take action against negative stereotypes and behaiours in any form.
15. What the world need is everyone irrespective of their gender to stand for gender discrimination and make the world a healthy place to live.
