How to Empower Women ?

          Women are equal to men, still not got their due respect.

          Restrict a woman's growth, and you shall restrict a family's growth.

       Women were not allowed to make decisions for them, women empowerment came in like a breath of fresh air. It made them aware of their rights & how they must make their own place in society rather than depending on her husband or any male family members.

              Women Empowerment means empowering women educationally, socially, economically, politically & psychologically. It refers to educating women & helping them to build an Identity of their own, and promotes the ability of women to determine their choice & their rights to influence change for themselves. It empowers women to take decision & made themselves independent in the society and make them respectable in the society also.

              Empowerment involves raising the status of women through education, raising awareness literacy, & giving training them for self-defense.1

             HOW TO EMPOWER WOMEN 

• Work opportunities & employment will help to create Empowerment.
• Education must be made compulsory for all girls, that women can make a better life for themselves.
• Women must be given equal opportunities in every field.
• We can also empower women by abolishing child marriage.

                Some other ways to empower women in your communities & around the world, which are given below.

1. Boost their self-hosted.
2. Shut down negativity.
3. Support women-run business.
4. Support women for being Entrepreneurs.             

            Women Empowerment is must be needed in society to equally living the lives for women.

            It refers to an ideology that supports making women self-detemination, ensuring equity based participation in society.

         NECESSARY OF WOMEN EMPOWERMENT :-

          Women represent about half of the population of the society.                                                     

          In adequate representation of women against the basic spirit of democracy. Inclusive development is impossible without women's participation.

           According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), if india women are provided with enough opportunities & their participation in the labor force is equal to men, then india's growth rate can increase by 27%.

           According to the World Bank report published in january 2020, "women business & law, 2020". India ranks 117 out of 190 countries in the world in terms of empowering women financially.

            Worryingly, india lags behind countries like Rwanda & Listo.

            In 2019, the report published by the united nation's "progress of the world's women 2019-2020"  stated that despite the economic growth, the labor force of women in india is steadily declining.

            Regarding the decline of women in the labor force is the first place in the world which is worrying.

            Women, representing nearly half of india's population, contribute less than 20 percent of india's GDP

           CHALLENGES BEFORE WOMEN EMPOWERMENT :-

•   Male dominated society.
•   Political insensitivity.
•   Lack of education.
•   S@xual abu$e of women at workplace.
•   Not having a safe enough environment for women.

             SUGGESTIONS :-

1. Promoting elementary education & higher education.
2. Promot scientific thinking.
3. Rapid disposal of crimes related to women.
4. Create a safe environment for women at workplace.
5. More concerted efforts should be made at the village level towards women empowerment.
