Ringtones have become one of the most sought after items in modern life, one that we accept for its significance while secretly cursing. No matter where you go during your busy day, the cell phone is waiting, alerting the owner of an incoming call and one of those noisy songs. Have they named ‘ringtone stress’ yet?
They really should have it. In times that may seem logical to us now, telephone calls were limited to offices and homes, private or corporate locations that you have set up to facilitate a variety of telephone interviews. But these days, mobile phones mean that they attack almost every aspect of our lives, and they do not respect our boundaries. They cry wherever we are, whether on the bus or in the bathroom, demanding an answer.
But for many people, it is not always an annoying discovery. Instead, it is a real emotional ringtone. This is especially true if the ringtone belongs to someone else, and especially if that person does not seem to be getting his or her phone, or if he or she does not seem to want to answer it. Going to work is known to increase levels of stress, and it is no longer just a matter of traffic. Sometimes you think that if you have to listen to that annoying song for a second,
Perhaps the most annoying ringtone is the one that has not been specified. This is where the user of the phone handset does not appear to decide which ringtone to choose, and then decides to display it publicly. If one ringtone has the power to raise blood pressure, imagine that ten fast-paced sequences could do it in your life. An unlimited ringtone user should be included in the list of major health enemies. It should be worse for you than full fat.
But really, we can get lost without our ringing tones, and if a little annoyance is the amount we have to pay to have more songs to identify our calls, so be it. Without our ringtones, millions of calls would be answered every day, and who knows what we would have missed out on at the time? Just remember, it may be your favorite song, but not everyone.
Answer all incoming calls before the third ring.
When answering calls, welcome callers and introduce yourself and your organization as soon as possible. It says, for example, "Hello. Cypress Technologies. Susan speaks. How can I help you?" Do not simply say "Hello". No one should ask if you have already reached this business.
Say it clearly, keep your volume in the center, and speak slowly and clearly when answering the phone so that the person can easily understand it.
- A positive vocabulary is one that focuses on helping the customer. For example, rather than saying, "I don't know", say, "Let me find out about that for you."
- you answer the phone, take phone messages completely and accurately. If there's something you don't understand or can't spell, such as a person's surname, ask the caller to repeat it or spell it for you. Then make sure the message gets to the intended recipient.
