Meditation is a group of mental training methods. You can use meditation to improve mental health and abilities and to help improve physical health. Some of these methods are very simple, so you can learn them from a book or article; Others need guidance from a qualified meditation teacher. What is Meditation Many techniques called meditation have these parts:  You sit or lie down in a relaxed position.  You breathe regularly. You breathe deep enough to get enough oxygen. When you breathe in, you relax your muscles so that your lungs are well emptied, but without stress. You stop thinking about everyday problems and issues.  You focus your thoughts on sound, repetitive word, image, abstract feeling or emotion. You need to focus your entire attention on the object you choose to focus on.  If any foreign thought comes, you should stop this foreign thought and go back to the object of meditation. Different meditation techniques vary depending on the level of concentration and how foreign thoughts are handled. The purpose of some techniques is to concentrate on foreign ideas in a way that is non-existent. In other methods, the concentration is more relaxed so that foreign ideas come to the screen more easily. When these foreign thoughts are detected, one stops them and goes back to pure meditation. Upcoming thoughts are often about things you forgot or suppressed, and allow you to rediscover hidden memory content. This replacement can have a psychological effect. Effects of Meditation can have the following effects:  Meditation gives you relaxation and entertainment.  You will learn to relax.  You will learn to pay better attention to problem-solving.  Meditation often has a positive effect on blood pressure.  Meditation has beneficial effects on the internal processes of the body, such as circulation, respiration and digestion.  Regular meditation can have a psychotherapeutic effect.  Regular meditation boosts the immune system.  Meditation is usually pleasant. The Difference Between Hypnosis and Meditation Hypnosis has the same relaxing and psychotherapeutic effects as meditation. However, you are in control of yourself when you meditate; Through hypnosis, you allow another person or mechanical device to control you. Also, hypnosis does not have a training effect on concentration ability. The simplest form of meditation here is the simplest form of meditation:  Sit in a comfortable chair in a comfortable position. Relax all your muscles as much as possible.  Stop thinking about anything, or at least try not to think about anything.  Breathe in and relax all the muscles of your respiratory system.  Repeat the following for 10 - 20 minutes: - Breathe deeply until you feel that you are getting enough oxygen. When exhaling, relax your chest and diaphragm completely. - Every time you breathe in, think of the "one" or another simple word in you. You need to think about the word for a long time so that you can hear it within yourself, but you should try not to use your mouth or voice.  If foreign thoughts come up, close these thoughts comfortably and focus on the breath and the repetitive word. As you progress through this meditation, you should constantly feel more relaxed in your mind and body, assuming that you are continuing to breathe more effectively and that blood circulation throughout your body is increasing. Becomes effective. You may also experience increasing mental bliss throughout meditation.
