Why yoga for Weight Loss: What you need know to succeed (part 2)

Welcome back folks. Okay, let’s get straight to the chase on how Yoga for weight loss works. We have passed the sun salutations and if you are like me, you have probably tried and marketed Yoga for ‘calorie burn’ exercises. Now let's understand the problem areas. Plays Problems When Using Yoga To Lose Weight: 1. Abdominal Region: Front Position, Bending Location, Peacock Area, Spinal Curfew and Triangle Location. 2. Arms: Definitely Peacock Stand! Wheel Pose, Crow Pose, Side plannk Pose and 4-legged standing staff. 3. Thighs: Bow Pose, Shoulder-Stand, Hero Pose, Triangle shape and wheel. 4. Love Handles: Spinal curvature, triangular shape, (practically) Side of Crow Side, (for convenience) Side plank shape. I realize that the spots above are the ones most of us seem to be directing when trying to lose weight, so I made sure I went through them first. I feel that if you have ever researched google or researched Yoga to lose weight, you should have got some information about the posture, or signed up for a class, bought a Yoga DVD, something to learn more about, that's why I did not analyze each post in detail. . But hopefully, they are very simple. I will emphasize, however, that doing Sunshine (over 24 rounds) should be your main focus on using Yoga for weight loss program, even before the rest stops. This will also help: The only position that some of Yogis and Yoginis will be in sufficient flexibility for the whole body would be the Shoulder-Stand. It is best done with its counter shape, in fact, as these conditions have an impact on the meta-physical and spiritual aspects of our lives, it would be safe to say that you should never do yoga pose without protesting. You may throw away some unusual items. Here is a brief summary of the Shoulder-stand as a yoga mat for weight loss: Lay down a thick blanket on the floor and place your yoga mat on it. Lie on your back. Slightly lift the legs. Lift the trunk, hips and legs to stand up straight. Place the elbows firmly on the floor and support the back with both hands. (See Illustration of Performance). Lift the legs straight. Press the chin on the chest. This is the chin lock. While doing this, the back of the neck, the back of the head and shoulders should touch the floor. 5-5-5 breath breathing (breathing, retention and exhalation). Do not allow the body to move. The counter poses are a bridge and a fish stand that will guide your arms / thighs and chest / neck respectively. As I promised; here is a Breath of Fire breathing exercise that you can add to your yoga practice to speed up the burning of calories. (Does the name alone tell you something…?) Breath of Fire Exercise (also known as Kapalabathi or Bellows Breath) - Take a deep breath and see if the diaphragm is moving properly. Now with the eyes closed (as it should be when doing all breathing exercises) make the abdominal contraction abrupt by pushing back. This leads to a sudden but strong exhalation of dry air in the lungs. -Now follow this with sudden relief (which naturally causes fresh air to run) and now it works like this: a little sniffing and active exhalation with a sudden amount of pressure on the abdomen. The cycle should have 15-20 dismisses. Do not exceed 3 rounds - You may gradually increase to 120 rounds each and only do 2 rounds. (As soon as you exhale 50 rounds each, do not exceed 2 rounds!) During each round take a break for 30 seconds of normal breathing. Now, you already have, the information you need to get started using Yoga to lose weight: Stable areas, wind, shoulder positioning and almighty Sun salutations. Remember, for the same reasons Hippocrates-father of Medicine said: "Let your diet be your medicine and your medicine your diet", you should include proper diet when you want to lose weight through yoga. Remember that this is a very important part of this job, so there is no way around it friends. (But I'm sure you already know that) So take a pose, and see for yourself how Yoga for weight loss can be an effective and safe choice.
