I know that it's not women's day at all this month but this topic does not need a specific day to be talked about.
Women empowerment is one of the greatest issues in the world today especially in Pakistan. Most of the foreign countries label Pakistan as a conservative or an extremist country.
Women Empowerment does not mean as most the men think that a Women has to overrule their husband or brother. It means that a woman is encouraged by her family to do what she loves to do. she gets support that She wants to enlighten the name of the country in every possible way. A woman should get education and do a job whether it's teaching nursing,reporter,designer or a writer because only a woman with education and the taste of the real world and responsibility can bring up a proficient next generation.
We have to empower women to get out there and face the world and to take part in the development and stability of the country. A woman is a diamond for mankind that can bring more sparkle if it shaped beautiful by education for women does not mean that after getting education she involved kitty parties or typical social community discussion.
Women after 12 years of education needs to work for her country to pay back what her beloved motherland has bestowed her with. She needs to inspire other women and create a picture of women force that can change the world.
In 1972, a state department survey in The United States which concluded that half of the men in the world want their wives only support. Well then I can say that these men are coward and I would not waste my words on expressing their waywardness.
And somehow it is not their fault. It is because today we have created a picture of our force that is not accepted by men at all. We have lost courage, strentgth and our principals. The personality of a woman is a very delicate thing. It should not be made of her dressing style, language, color or nationality. it has to be created by respectable profession, career that makes her proud and her country proud. That reflects her principals, culture and family background in unique way. It has to be based upon mesmerizing deeds.
If you wish you want to be someone who no longer has to introduce herself to a billion human beings, and then create a respectable image in other people's mind so that they can mark you with golden words. Believe me once you get hold of your profession and do hard work to excel in it, then once you enter a ceremony with even what you wear doesn't matter because you will be known by your position in that profession.
Women need a seat at the table. Well in some cases if they are not invited then they need to create their own table. We need a global understanding that we cannot implement change effectively without the participation of women at every level. It is said that girls with dreams are the woman with vision. Let us empower such woman because it is not enough to simply talk about it. One must work at it, one must believe in it. Let us work at it together starting now!
