WhatsApp is planning to bring a cover image, similar to the feature on Facebook owned by the meta company. The feature, which will initially be rolled out to commercial WhatsApp accounts, is said to be rolled out to beta users in the future.

The company has been releasing new updates for its users such as Multi Device Support, Message Auto Destruction and Audio Message Preview.
It has been reported that Meta is planning to launch a cover image feature on WhatsApp similar to the one on Facebook and Twitter. This was reported by #WABetaInfo, a news release about WhatsApp usage. According to a screenshot shared by #WABetaInfo, WhatsApp plans to introduce a camera button on users' business accounts. In this, the possibility of introducing a new feature such as users can select a photo or use a new one as a cover image.
That is, we can no longer view our cover image, along with our profile picture, to any of our contact numbers. Also, it is believed that WhatsApp will provide controls for this card image. The facility to set up cover photos is currently being developed only for WhatsApp Business Account holders. It has been reported that it will be available to beta users soon.
