I recently reached my goal weight and moved on to the Weight Viewer program. I have been thinking about it a lot as I continue to do my best to follow the plan, and I wonder how it is possible for me to lose about 33 pounds in 8 months. So, I decided to write down my top 10 strategies. I will mention Dave Letterman's style. Top 10 Weight Loss Viewers Weight Loss Work For Me 10. I made sure I had plenty of 1 and 2 handling points in the house. I work from home and have learned that I like snacks and snacks during the day so it is important to have a low level of care available so that I do not feel guilty. 9. I value the other people (my friends, family and colleagues) I work for so they can support me and compliment me if I succeed. 8. I shared my successes and challenges on the blog (http://www.slim-people.com). This has been a great opportunity for me to focus on what I need to keep doing, learning and thinking about in order to stay on track. 7. I use Weight Watchers online etools. I am an inexperienced person so the internet system is right for me. I work from home and sit in front of a computer all day. It is not a problem for me to add my own food to following online points. I also put on my weight every Saturday after my Weight Watchers weekly meeting. I get a quick visual representation of how I move as I look at the graph. 6. I regularly attend weekly Weight Watchers meetings without fail. I think in 8 months I just missed two because of being out of town for work and not being able to go to a meeting. Although, when I know I will be out of town, I will usually go the day before and rate it. 5. I weigh and weigh my food. I quickly learned that what my eye thinks of 2 ounces is usually too much. I do not agree with this but I often measure or measure what I eat and drink. 4. I keep track of my points. I write down what I eat. I hear Flora in my head saying, "You bite, you write." I have learned that when I neglect to write everything down, I am not losing weight or gaining weight that week. Also, my eyes are not a good judge of quantity. 3. I run 4 times a week. Before Weight Watchers I took Pilates classes 3 times a week. Although I was strong, I did not shrink. In fact, I was gaining weight because of hormones, livelihoods, and eating too much. I switched to 2 days of Pilates and 2 days of cardio exercise. I started cardio training that day and joined Weight Watchers and I know it made a big difference. Last week I even started going to my Pilates studio as it is only a 10 minute walk. So far I have been driving, if you can not believe that. 2. I have a friend. My dear friend and I joined Weight Watchers together, and we joined the gym together. We go to meetings together. We work 2 times a week together. We talk about food and how we do it all the time. We preach on Weight Watchers. Without my friend I don't think I would have stayed with the program. No, I know I wouldn't stay with the plan. 1. Number 1. I decided to join Weight Watchers. I had heard many success stories about Weight Watchers and after losing 30 pounds in 3 years, I decided it was time to take action. I used to think that age and hormones contributed to weight gain and that might be partially true, but I had to take action and do something to feel good about myself, my body, and my health. That's all. There are probably many things to add to this list. Now my goal of being challenged is to keep 6 weeks and reach the Member for Life. Oh, I just remembered something I did. I read an article, thinking about Weight Watchers Online, about self-improvement if you do well. So I opened a savings account and deposited $ 10 every time I lost a pound. I call it the "Pamper Me" account. Now, I will add $ 10 every week to my weight. Then, at last, I will do something amazing to impress myself! Good luck and good luck to you on your weight loss journey!
