Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. We need to change our eating habits, stop eating junk food and junk food and eat healthy, healthy foods. You need to eat foods that give you all the nutrients you need to keep our bodies healthy. Before making any changes, I recommend that you start a food and work journal. In this case, you not only write down what you eat but also when, when, and how you felt at the time. This will help you to identify what is causing your hunger and what satisfies your diet. What foods do you usually buy? What snacks do you keep in the pantry? Once you start seeing patterns in your journal, you are ready to start taking action. But keep in mind that making the decision to reduce calories, fats, saturated fats, and sugar in your diet is a big step, and trying to do that at the same time trying to make a big difference in your level of physical activity, can be many changes at once. Which, sadly, could put you in failure. Instead of trying to make all the changes at once, I recommend that you set small, realistic goals and plan to add a new challenge each week. Don't plan to starve yourself, too. This will not help you to lose weight. It is best to eat small, regular meals five or six times a day, so that the body never feels threatened and tempted to stick to its fat stores. Eating a regular diet also helps keep your blood sugar at a constant level so that you do not start craving sugary foods as your blood sugar levels drop. Adding fiber to your diet - such as whole grains, cereals (lentils and beans), vegetables, and fruits - can help you feel full of fewer calories. Another good idea: Prepare your meals and snacks at home. This is a great way to save money, eat healthy, and spend time with your family. When preparing food, choose your favorite low-fat / low-calorie foods. Snacks can include a slice of fresh fruit, uncooked vegetables, or a bowl of low-fat yogurt. This is portable and is a great decision to move you until it’s time to eat. Take these simple meals with you to discover a healthy alternative to chips, cookies, or sweets. As I mentioned earlier, weight gain also requires that you increase your physical activity. Identify at least 30 minutes (adults) or 60 minutes (children) of moderate intensity activity at least three days or more per week. If you are just starting to exercise, remember that even a small increase offers health benefits. Check with your doctor first, then start with a few minutes of activity a day and gradually increase, working your way up to 30 minutes. If you have already gained 30 minutes of moderate physical activity per day, you can reap additional health benefits by increasing the amount of time you spend exercising or participating in more strenuous activities. The balance of calories consumed compared to the level of your work will result in weight loss or gain. When you eat extra calories, you need to be physically fit. For example, for every 100 calories you eat and do not burn a day, you will gain about 1 pound a month. That's about 10 pounds a year. The important thing is that in order to lose weight, you need to reduce your calories and increase your physical activity.
