Are you a 'look-and-lose' dieter? Have you read all the food that ever was created, read a million food books, and yet you are not happy about your weight? Has your quest for sacred food taken the place of making the necessary changes to eliminate illness from your current diet? If so, you may not realize that your thoughts are the key to your happiness and success. Do you look at them and say, “I'm fat”, or “My buttocks are too big”? Many of us look at ourselves in the mirror and immediately compare ourselves with those 'perfect' examples we see daily on TV, in magazines, and in newspapers. We often talk to each other and make excuses, "It's my genes", "I'm too busy to be good", "I like this", as a way to protect ourselves from the way we see ourselves now and the way we see ourselves. we want to be. If we were truly honest with ourselves most people would really want to lose a few pounds - if only we knew how. The good news is that you CAN achieve your desired physical condition by thinking positively about yourself, understanding how to get proper nutrition, healthy eating habits and how to incorporate work into your lifestyle to keep your muscles strong. But most importantly, you need regular mental exercise to keep your own image in shape. Seeing yourself as closely connected with the success or failure of any goal you choose to pursue, but no longer so that your goal finds you fit and healthy. So how do you solidify your own image? Fortunately your image, like your muscles, will respond well to normal activity. You can really strengthen your own image with a few daily exercises. First Test - Self-Assessment Start by making a list of all those negative thoughts you have about yourself ... I have no morals, I can't manage my time, I demean people, I can't succeed, I don't exercise enough. You will need to decide before you start this process that you will not be disappointed… .these things you will admit to yourself but they do not have to control your life. Next, add a second list that includes everything you LIKE about yourself. Continue until this list is longer than the first integrated list. You could add things like, I'm a good chef, I can make people laugh, I donate to a soccer club, my daughter loves the way I decorate her room. Then, take your 'bad' list and turn it into your 'power' list. This is done by making a good impression on all the ‘bad’ you have listed. Instead of saying "I can't succeed", write the contradictory motto, "I will succeed". Traditionally remove the ‘evil’ list - it sinks forever! Burn them, throw them away, destroy them… .they will no longer be part of your thinking about you. Now, keep your skills list in a prominent place. At the door of your refrigerator, in your daily journal, or on a picture frame on your desk. Make sure you have them in front of you every day so that you can read them regularly and rearrange your daily thoughts. Exercise 2: You Can Be What You Want to Be Now that you have your skills list ... use your watch news to 'see' yourself in a new way. For example, if your energy list includes "I eat right portions", imagine you have a portion in the middle of your plate, and you feel completely satisfied at the end of your meal. Read your energy list daily taking a few seconds of personal quiet time to solidify your visuals. Try to start your day first thing in the morning and end it as a last resort by seeing yourself as someone on your list, and doing the things you want to do. Exercise 3: Keep a Daily Journal of Your Success Keep a record of all the positive changes in your thinking about yourself. We all have victories and ‘failures’. You have to record and remind yourself of positive changes because our human nature will also play negative - sometimes out of proportion. It is important to take care of and celebrate the small steps you take every day. Test # 4: Go Easy On You - Good Work Continues Don't listen to criticism ... not for yourself or others! Remember that you are the creator of your self-confidence, do not give this to other people. It is very important to provide this. Defend your role as the creator of your own image and don’t take negative criticism. We all make mistakes, and mistakes can be used to help us learn. Do not blame yourself for what happened. The only mistake we can make is to learn to grow. Test 5: Forget the Past The only moment you can live is the present. You cannot live in the future and you should never live in the past… .the challenge is to control our thinking so that we can think in the same space we live in! For example we might be tempted to think about yesterday's failure… "If I had not eaten second-hand", "If I had not reached for chocolate cookies". If we focus on the mistakes of the past, this will make our brain come back to life and make us stronger. Yesterday is over, today is where you live qiniseka .make sure today you DON'T play yesterday's failure and make your decision to change TODAY. Exercise Six: Decide to Change Today Just as you should not live in the past, you cannot live in the future. You can only live or change today. The oldest statement in the world is probably one of the greatest truths… ‘the future NEVER comes!’ There is no better time than now. So no matter what excuses you may be waiting for to take those healthy steps you know you should take, none of them work. Do it now, do it today. Decide to do something different in your life before you go to bed tonight. Test 7: Write Your Life Plan This is your plan for success. If u
