Why weight Loss Or Fat Loss – Important Differences To Lose Weight And Fat Healthily

Some people use the term “weight loss” while others call it “weight loss” while many use the terms weight loss and fat loss alternately. Do they mean the same thing? To many people, they say the same thing. But words may have a completely different meaning. You need to know the difference if you want to lose weight or lose weight in a healthy and healthy way. If you go to your bathroom every morning, you will learn that the scale is weight loss and not fat loss. Bathroom scales are never accurate in determining fat loss. Why? Because it measures your total weight and not your body fat per session. If you weigh yourself in the morning before breakfast after you have a bowel movement, you will probably get a very low reading of the day because your body becomes dehydrated during the hours of fluid when you sleep and after emptying your bowels, excess water and waste are hit so hard. After you sleep through the night and eat nothing, your carbohydrate store goes down and as a result you are even lighter off the stored carbohydrate known as glycogen. So what happened? You are just losing weight and not losing fat! Your body fat is still present when the weight of other substances such as glycogen, waste, water etc. is reduced. Now go and weigh yourself again after dinner when you are fully loaded with food and drinking water and it may surprise you that you may weigh 2kg or more and that is at least 4.4 pounds! You have just lost weight and you may gain weight! Now you can see that it is such a mistake when people think that weight loss and fat loss are the same. Why should you know the difference? Because for many of us, especially those on the fat side they want to lose fat and they don’t want to lose weight. Getting flooded? Now for the most important part. Just losing weight can lead to weight loss and, in turn, weight gain later. Yes, it's weird. That’s because when you have a lot of muscle, that’s where you burn fat effectively because muscle is a functional muscle and needs calories to function. Body fat is always inactive and thus does not burn calories on its own. So the less muscle you have, the less calories your body will burn. The fewer calories your body burns, the more calories you keep stored as body fat! It is therefore important to lose fat but not just to lose weight which may include weight loss. How does a person lose weight in a weight loss program? First, we often hear about people consuming these foods and those foods. Many diets require a strict dietary restriction or calorie intake. Your body will then show your mind that you are in a state of hunger and your body is designed to store the fat of the next hunger and will use your muscles to gain strength in your daily activities. Some foods promote a significant reduction in carbohydrates. Carbohydrate is your body's first source of energy. When your body runs out of carbohydrates, you indiscriminately turn to protein (muscle) and body fat for energy. Now to make matters worse, due to the limited carbohydrate consumption, there will be fewer calories in carbohydrates to be used as energy calories and that will also signal the start of starvation mode again. Your body's vicious cycle of eating away at the muscles of your body is moving again. The same applies to people taking weight loss pills or fat loss salon programs. So some people say okay, Chris, I see your point, so I will do a lot of cardio exercises to lose weight. Another big mistake. Have you ever wondered why marathon runners, those who run many miles regularly and do cardio exercises almost every day at such a young age without a muscle tone? Because your body is an amazing machine. Designed to adapt. If you are running or jumping or swimming long enough, then, look, it's better to be able to take stress better and improve endurance. Guess what? Your muscles are heavier than fat and what will your body spend more on when you want to relax? Muscle or fat? Your body will deplete both but more muscles than fat. Still, why would you want to lose weight to be thin when you are physically fit without muscle tone? Why would you want to be on a weight loss program that eats away at your muscles and lowers your fat intake so that when you leave the system, the fat returns? Therefore, while you are in the process of losing weight, you should also be in the process of building muscle. That will mean a combination of good eating habits, cardio exercise and exercise to maintain muscle maintenance and the result of fat loss. From now on you tell people that you are on a fat loss program and not a weight loss program. Getting used to eating properly instead of just eating yourself. With a clear breakdown of mind, you will know how to effectively lose fat, maintain and grow your muscles and at the same time lose weight on your bath scale. That can be a great way to achieve your goal of losing weight because you will be losing body fat instead of muscle and just losing weight.
