Why weight Loss And The Proper Nutrition.

As we approach the issue of nutrition and weight loss, we must emphasize two basic things that nutrition itself is a tradition of eating the right foods in the right way. Let's start with the first, right food. All the cells and tissues in our body are made up of the food we eat. And food is a powerful source of energy for our bodies. So, this may explain why proper nutrition is so important. Food is one of our strongest incentives. And unfortunately, most of us consider food to be the only source of happiness! Our bodies are not static - they are always active, which we call metabolism. Sensitivity, memory, and all other complex bodily functions may be due to or produce a thousand enzymes, hormones and other wonders - produced in the body by what we eat. As a source of energy our body uses carbohydrates (sweets), fats and proteins. To be more precise, carbohydrates are a source of fast energy, proteins are the building blocks of the body, and fats are the source of high energy. But these roles are sometimes the same. And malnutrition is a common cause of illness! At the same time, with the right choices we can prevent many food-related illnesses such as heart disease (!), Stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes and - even cancer! More than a hundred years ago, Ellen G. White, in “Counsels on Diet and Foods”, shared her observations: “At mealtimes refrain from attention and anxious thoughts. Do not hurry, but eat slowly and with rejoicing, your heart is full of thanksgiving to God for all His blessings ”. Isn't that fun? Let me just share with you some of our information on healthy eating and weight loss. If you have never had the previous experience of following the simple principles I suggested when discussing how to reduce the amount of daily food, you may find it difficult to follow them, but this is just face to face. In fact it is much easier than it seems! And I promise, I will teach you how to do it well. Because this issue of how to get rid of eating habits is very important! The same diet or diet process itself can bring you happiness and fullness of life, or, on the other hand, if taken incorrectly, it can cause great damage to your health and shorten your life! How does overeating or eating unhealthy foods cause harm? The answer is: any food our body cannot digest in the normal way, it becomes toxic to us. Thus any poison will shorten our life! This is the reason, why I suggest that my clients become familiar with this: before you start eating, close your eyes gently for a few seconds, forget about all your problems for a moment and give yourself a smile! Then you can start eating. Another recommendation is this: when eating, try to close your eyes gently (or just open your eyes to the food), while slowly chewing a small portion of the food in your mouth. I believe, this process will bring you more flavor, and benefits at the same time. Because by doing this little thing you will reduce the portion of the meal eaten three to five times !!! (As I said before) I can emphasize the importance of taking time to eat. At mealtimes, if possible, make it a fun occasion to keep in touch with your family and friends. But! (Always, there is a “but”). If you decide to improve your eating habits, see if the company will fit in at this point, especially in the beginning. For this reason, it is best to start with all the changes, so that you can withstand any temptation… But even if we are in a difficult situation, we should never compromise on basic principles of nutrition. Always watch what you eat or drink !!! A well-meaning person will know how to do this without compromising a friendly relationship. As we do this, we will have the added benefit of being alert, thinking clearly, and fully aware of the exciting events in life. But true happiness comes from confronting reality and patiently coping with whatever life offers. If we take the time to study what is best for us and make a sincere effort to apply it, we can look forward to being richly rewarded with a long and happy life! Let's look at sweets. The conglomerates are light sugars, the most important of which is glucose. This simple sugar is a great source of energy. It enters the bloodstream and meets the ongoing need for all cells. Thanks to insulin, glucose is able to pass through the cell membrane and be found to be used. At the same time, our bodies are able to regulate the amount of simple sugar in a given period. When ingested (if we eat a lot of sweets), the pancreas is forced to work overtime producing insulin to convert excess sugar into fat. Small amounts of sugar will not do this, but we must remember that there is a hidden sugar in many processed foods and beverages. And here's the problem - we tend to eat more sweets than our pancreas can handle! Let's see how we can avoid that problem. When planning our diet we must first choose the natural source of sweets, such as fruit, and then wheat, rice, potatoes, beans, and other starchy foods. Because this vegetarian diet takes quite a long time to digest, and light sugar is released slowly. This allows our bodies to process these energy in a systematic way. Recent scientific research has shown that: eating too much sugar (too many sweets) can lead to problems such as: * Constipation. * To cause tooth decay by providing good oral cavity, and by reducing the flow of fluid inside the teeth. * Immune stress, by disrupting the immune system of white blood cells. * Promotion of diabetes that begins in adults. Now we come to the practical application of the above in weight loss. Apart from other fruits a healthy diet will include only a small amount of sugar
