The university grant commission(UGC)has given public warning admonishing student taking affirmation in university's and all India institute of public and physical health sciences (AII PHS) state government university, Delhi.
The high level training regulator sad university's is running distance preparing programs dismissing its guidelines while AII PHS state Government university is offering different degree courses in gross encroachment of the UGC Act,1956......
"As indicated by fragment 22(1)0f the UGC Act,1956, a degree can be allowed only by a school spread out or coordinated by or under a Central Act, a provincial Act or a foundation viewed as a school under section 3 of the UGC Act or an establishment exceptionally empowered by an act of parliament to introduce or surrender degrees. ...

It has come to the notification of the commission through different correspondences got........ that university's, Tamil Nadu, is working without a full-time chief, deficient full-time workforce, lacking non-showing staff, has not yet settled a middle and runs O DL programs without earlier endorsement of the UGC in gross infringement of the circumstances set down under UGC act and its corrections every once in a while, "the commission's secretary Jain said...
According to the proposals of the Complaint Redressal Committee (CRC), the commission has concluded that no utilization of the advanced education establishment will be considered for 2022-23 and 2023-24.the objections got and seen infringement will be sent to the lead representative and the secretary, states government for truth finding and needful activities with regard to this issue, "he added.
In a fair warning to the understudies against OLD programs presented by the college, Mr Jain said, "taking confirmation in such projects might imperil the vocation of the understudies considering the shortfall of acknowledgment of the projects by the UGC".

The university Grants Commission (UGC) has informed that it doesn't see the open and distance learning courses introduced by university's at Salem, Tamil Nadu and exhorted students against taking certification for such courses. The Commission gave an affirmation on Tuesday after it saw that the school had probably ignored the UGC (Open and Distance Learning programs and Online Programs) Regulations 2020,in running its distance tutoring programs.
