Many things are anonymous to me. In fact, anything I don't know seems to be a mystery to me. I do not really understand the world of racing cars, for example, because you do not know me at all. I do not understand people who spend hours each day doing crossword puzzles. I can't stay quiet long enough to do one puzzle not to mention the right hour each day. But for me, the biggest mystery was the world of sliding parks. I did not understand why people went to them or what kind of people you could find there. All that has changed now, as I have also spent some time in the sky resort.
Over the years, skate parks have come and gone, but the number of glaciers that have grown over the past decade is beyond impressive. Skateboarding continues to dominate the world and we love it! And at a time when small baseball stadiums and basketball courts were being built in public places because of the need for skate parks, we found it was time to memorize some of our favorites. It could be a DIY park or 75,000 sq. M. ft. dreamland… anyway there is a taste for all the skateboarders out there.
The biggest thing I noticed when I visited the skating parks was that they were their communities. I saw girls and boys from five to twenty-five years old. It was surprising though, because age does not seem to matter in skate parks. I saw little boys slipping on ice and teenage girls with no problems. It seemed that everyone on the sliding parks was really good friends. I think skiing brought them together and identified them as the same kind of people to start looking and working as a team. At every skating park I had visited it looked like everyone was watching everyone. The people seemed to really care and seemed to be full of support and encouragement from the other skiers.
Another thing I learned about visiting skate parks is that there really is some look and vibration among the swimmers. For the most part, skating designers of all ages wore the same uniforms with baggy pants and loose-fitting shirts. I have not seen anyone at the ski resort worrying too much about the latest fashions. I think their concern was to get to know other people in their community, which is a common feature of members of any community.
I really enjoyed visiting the skate parks. They are full of really talented young people who have found, at least for now, their place in the world. Most of the publishers I spoke to said that skating had become their favorite pastime. They tirelessly spend hours, week after week training in swing parks. They have formed a strong group of friends and are very happy with their lives.
It was good for me to visit skate parks because now I understand them better. They became so secretive and intriguing that I went out and bought a board. My next test is to have the courage to go back to one of the ski slopes and try.
