How people Loved the Pakistani Food and Culture!

Pakistani food culture is unique; each place has its own twist to the same dishes. Food is like a religion in Pakistan, with places open up till 3:00 am to get what you want at any time of day or night. Some areas of the city are known for separate dishes.

Pakistani cuisine is complex and difficult to explain. I could write a 300-page book about it and yet not do it justice. In this brief article, I will do my best to summarise Pakistani cuisine culture to the best of my skills.

Firstly let’s begin with the food culture of the various cities of Pakistan.

Pakistani Cuisine – Cities
Although Pakistan has many cities, I will focus on the cuisine cultures of the most populous. I'll concentrate on Karachi,  Lahore, cultures. These are the most well-known cities in each Pakistani province, and I'll tell you about their respective food cultures right away.

Karachi has the best food culture in all over Pakistan. Karachites are known for eating more spicy food than their fellow Pakistanis. The simple food culture of Pakistan revolves around street food, dine-in food, and takeaway foods. Karachi is home to a variety of dishes from Italian, French, American, or Desi.

Karachi is famous for its biryani and is something that is loved by every Pakistani. Biryani is the staple of Pakistani cuisine, and no family gathering is complete without it.

Nihari is a dish that dates back to the 18th century and is known as the dish of the Mughals. The dish is meant to be eaten as a breakfast but is eaten throughout the day as well. Nihari was popularised in Karachi by the late Mughal emperor Aurangzeb.

Haleem is one of my favorite Pakistani foods because of its simplicity. Haleem is made from lentils, meat, and spices mixed to create a thick liquid. When topped with ginger, lemon juice, coriander, caramelized onions, and chat masala, the dish becomes even more delightful.,Bun Kebab is something that every Pakistani loves. It's something so cheap and so delicious that you might end up ordering 3 to 4 of them. You can get a bun with kebab and egg for just. The best way to eat it is to buy a bun from the local street food shop.

Chaat/samosas/rolls are excellent street foods. They are normally eaten with Chai, but people eat them alone, especially after a good shopping trip.

LAHORE

Lahore is the food hub of Pakistan. The city has its own specialties but also offers a wide range of desi foods. It is also home to one of the world's most famous bakeries. Food vise for the streets Lahore's lassi and Gol Gappay are well-known. However, Lahore has all of the same street foods as Karachi. Lahore's specialty in street food is Lassi and Gol Gappay, and they make it excellent.

Here are some of Lahore's most well-known features.

Paye is the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about Lahore, Pakistan's national dish. Paye is something that is close to every Lahoris heart and is the most eaten dish over there. It is gluttonous and delightful and is best eaten hot.,

Murgh holiday is a dish made up of chickpeas and meat. This meat could be mutton, lamb, chicken, or beef. It is a full protein affair that is surely capable of making anyone fall in love with Lahore. The Murgh Cholay can be found on the menu in Lahore.

Gol Gappay or Pani Puri is a special treat made from chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, and coriander. You dip it into masala water and eat it. It is way tastier than it sounds, and you have to try it if you are ever in Lahore.

Lassi is the main drink in Lahore, and if you didn't drink lassi, you probably didn't come to Lahore. Lassi is a milkshake that is mostly a substitute for soft drinks at parties, family gatherings, and weddings. It is sweet and even comes with a little added mango flavor if you want.
