WHAT YOU SHOULD EAT Key # 1 Eat More Organized Vegetables and Fruits! Vegetables and fruits are low in calories, provide fiber filling, vitamins and minerals, and protect your health in many ways. Organic products contain high quality nutrients other than pesticides and toxins found in common products. Eat as much of your raw product as possible. Cooked or frozen is acceptable, but avoid cans. Natural (lacto-fermented) vegetables, such as sauerkraut and kimchee, are also very good. KEY # 2 Eat Meat and Animal Products. There are important nutrients found in animal feed that are not found elsewhere. Meat, fish, eggs, cheese and milk are important ingredients in our diet. And their protein is essential for maintaining and building muscle - a muscle that burns calories! KEY # 3 Eat Whole Grains - Well Prepared. The grains must be soaked, germinated, or boiled in order to be digested by most people. Improperly prepared grain products can cause mineral deficiency and intestinal problems. KEY # 4 Include Unripe Milk Products in Your Food. Raw milk (unprocessed, refined, not digested) from grass-fed cows is what the body needs (adults and children). It will increase your intake of calcium and other nutrients, and help your body eliminate unwanted fat from the CLA in it. See http://realmilk.com for more information. MEANING # 5 Eat More “Good” Fats omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids in butter, other fish (especially cod liver oil) coconut and palm oil and nuts are essential for health. Saturated fats, despite what you may have heard, will help you lose weight, not cause heart disease, and are actually something the body needs to function properly. KEYS TO KEEP KEY # 6 Cut Carbs “Dirty” - White Sugar and Flour. They damage your healthy diet at all but in very small amounts. Use immersed grain flour and a small amount of natural sugar such as raw honey and live maple syrup. Avoid corn syrup - worse than sugar. KEY # 7 Slightly Reduce "Waste" and "Bad" Trans fats and processed fats (most of the fats you will find in the grocery store for cooking) are not only high in calories, but loaded with harmful acids that contribute to disease and obesity. Use butter and coconut oil for cooking, and other healthy oils such as flax and olive oil to make salads. KEY # 8 Stay Away From Modern Soy Foods. Soy is not a meat substitute and can inhibit the absorption of minerals, inhibit protein digestion, suppress thyroid function and contains potent carcinogens. Traditional soy foods are good, if taken in small amounts and boiled properly, such as soy sauce, miso and tempeh. Avoid all products with soy protein and isolate added to it. Do not give babies soy formula! KEY # 9 Avoid Digested Food. Canned and processed products, canned foods, processed meats and cheeses, protein and milk supplements containing toxins and preservatives - such as MSG, rancid fats and cholesterol, hydrogenated fats and trans fats, white sugar, and white flour, not to mention all additives, preservatives and synthetic vitamins. Use unrefined sea salt and herbs to save your food instead of refined salt and MSG. KEY # 10 Lower or Reduce Refined Alcohol. Drinking distilled alcohol often leads to weight gain. Traditional home-made non-alcoholic beverages, with a low alcohol content, on the other hand, are good for you. WHEN, HOW & HOW TO EAT THE KEY See “Report.” KEY # 12 Eat Light Foods, Not Frequently Eat, small healthy snacks are burned for energy, not stored as fat. KEY # 13 Stop Counting Calories It is not the calories that make you fat, it is the foods you eat - like sugar, white flour, processed foods and bad fats! LIVING KEYS AND LIFESTYLE # 14 Eat Before, Not Later Skipping breakfast makes it difficult over time to control your diet. KEY # 15 SUGAR! You need to exercise to build fatty fat burners! Gradually increase the frequency of exercise and strength to get even bigger results. KEY # 16 Reduce Stress Depression increases hunger and promotes obesity. KEY # 17 Get Daily Light and More Sleep Light Produces Vitamin D, which aids in fat loss, while sleep is essential for regeneration and carbohydrate metabolism. KEY # 18 Lead a Healthy, Active Life Good habits and small steps can put you on the right path to a healthy and active life. KEY # 19 Be Realistic Think positively and practice forgiveness.
