Yoga is a transformative art, and it is deceptively simple. At the very least, although improved yoga posture is actually difficult for the uninitiated, and look, the changes that yoga can bring to a person's life believe in the obvious simplicity of stretching the muscles. After all, stretching muscles in the gym during the warm-up. So what are the basic differences between yoga and regular practice, which includes pilates. Pilates, after all, is another source of inspiration for yoga. Or at least an aspect of yoga that is done through exercise, asanas. Yoga combines breathing and awareness and physical stretching in a way I have never felt even on pilates, although pilates are great as a way to strengthen the internal muscles of the body as well, especially the lower pelvic floor. But in yoga, by breathing, and focusing on it within our bodies, we come to a greater understanding of both our body and ourselves. We begin a more conscious relationship with our personality. We experience that unique expression of our body at that moment. And we can start a process of transformation that blocks the vital flow of energy. That is why no matter what situation we find ourselves in when we begin to practice yoga. We may be stronger or less, or in pain, or disturbed, than usual. The journey of discovery, not of trying to connect with an external perspective, or that idea is then represented by the yoga posture we are trying to practice. Desikachar writes that the body can "gradually absorb asana". We should not exert ourselves, or judge ourselves, if we can get into that situation. That stop is a potential result, yes, but what we do in our yoga work is to take a trip. Desikachar points out another important point: “We have to be flexible in order to respond to the changes we have in mind and the old ideas. The farther we get from the fruits of our labors, the better we can do this ... The more we pay attention to the spirit in which we act and the less we realize the consequences of our actions - this is the meaning of isvarapranidhana kriya yoga ”Asanas are a way to prepare ourselves to and increase our ability to adapt to those natural changes in life. They allow us to feel and realize what is really going on inside of us, and in life itself. This growth of personal knowledge then gives us a complete picture where our responses to any situations we face reflect more accurately what they really are. There is a deeper interaction that goes beyond mental wandering, skepticism, dominating our preconceived notions and expectations, or our need for something to be in a certain way. When we are distracted or preoccupied with doubts, anxieties, and fears, even the hope that accompanies the outcome (need), the vital energy of our entire humanity leaks, dissipates. By practicing yoga, we are able to clear up detritus, redirect our internal energy, stay within our body, our personality, and. This is a powerful element of self-control. The key to this is your whole knowledge, and at the same time a part of the whole inner perfection. References: Desikachar, Heart If Yoga
