When I saw the new model of cars from Suzuki and other Japanese manufacturers in the market for a last-minute decision, I had a lot to think about. The S-Presso and D-Max were both very good models, but the former was more suited to me personally because it had so much fun to drive, plus the price was pretty reasonable. However, the other two models were just overpriced for such nice looks. But what surprised me the most is the fact that there are four different grades that you can choose from. The SE grade and above have an old-school elegance, while those below the second grade have an elegant high-tech design, which is exciting to look at. So let’s do some buying and see what’s worth your money.

SUZUKI PREMA

Here's a stunningly elegant-looking sports car. It gives off a sporty character without being too flashy or too expensive.

The SE grade model has a mid-size sedan body design with a tuxedo roofline on top that helps reduce wind noise and other annoying aspects. You can also get this engine option at a high base power level, giving one the flexibility to use their spare parts if needed. This model comes in three variants – SE (S), SE Plus (S+), and SE R (S+R). There's also an RS version, but sadly that one only comes with a 1.5L turbo engine. With a great combination of efficiency and fuel economy, the car is light enough for long trips but still sturdy enough to withstand everyday commutes. On the interior side, it consists of several trim levels including first and second-row seats, as well as a center console. All the driver and co-driver, apart from the front passenger, will be provided with leather seating and standard wireless smartphone charging, making the vehicle more eco-friendly than ever before. For added convenience, many things can be done without reaching the actual wheelbase of the car. And while its appearance may not be much like the rest of the vehicles, the model does come with numerous safety features such as anti-lock brakes, lane-keep assist, hill descent control, and park distance warning function, among others.

SUZUKI CIVIC CX-4 / CX-9 - First Generation

The first generation of these affordable compact crossovers is a bit underwhelming considering the huge number of specifications. The main feature that stands out against the competition, is the large trunk space. While all three versions of the vehicle have the same size, the third variant gets a smaller-sized trunk with spacious space for luggage. Also included in this model are an 18V automatic, 7.5-liter V12 engine, automatic air conditioning, and a four-disc CD player. Another impressive feat is that the company offers no official warranty for this model. Even though they sell themselves as ‘luxury cars, this car is a comfortable family cruiser for daily commuters. In terms of safety, the SUV is very luxurious with the rear seat passengers able to recline the rear seat backs up to nearly 90 degrees. Not only do they offer excellent comfort, but the second variant also gets an auto emergency braking system, as well as collision avoidance systems.

SUZUKI TURBO CRX-G

A great choice if you want to ride a convertible. It provides an open space for people to bring their stuff without having to worry about storage space.

The CVT and eight-speed automatic transmission help drive the Turbo CRX into the future at the driving comfort level. Its five-speed gear-shifting makes it easy to switch between driving modes while commuting. There's no engine in the Turbo CRX so the weight is a little lower on petrol engines, meaning people don't have to worry about getting gas or diesel. Since CVT is quite strong, it should provide decent performance even though an engine is absent. This model is available in various trims and with either automatic or manual transmission. At a price point that's less than half of a million dollars, this SUV may also act as your commute companion if you need to go somewhere else and can't stand waiting in traffic, instead bringing your children along for the outing. There's a small window and it doesn't have a driver's seat, allowing both passengers to stay calm while enjoying the ride. As far as the interior is concerned, there's leather upholstery, while the exterior will include heavy chrome wheels.

SUZUKI LAND CRX-M

The Land CRX-M brings back nostalgia! This classic car is capable of delivering class-leading performance at an affordable price.

The Land CRX-M has an incredible amount of cargo space that includes up to a massive 1500 cubic feet. Inside, you can find many goodies, from extra legroom to plenty of room for a big laptop and audio system. Like every single competitor, the Land Crx-M features a seven-inch touchscreen display. Just like its rivals, it has a 4WD model with a 2.5L turbocharged engine for a very powerful performance. Although the Caravan version may seem slightly larger than other SUVs, it still delivers a balanced level of maneuverability when road conditions are tough or tricky. Along with this, several other features make the Model CRX M a pleasant travel companion. On the outside are 18V/85Hp engines, automatic climate control, automatic headlights, cruise control, side mirrors, and a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system. In addition to the usual basic features, the car also comes with a special feature called ‘Mimicking Natural Driving’, where the machine can sense and adapt to the environment around you if required.

SUZUKI SUNRISE CRX-G

The Sunrise CRX-G offers an exceptional blend of style and practicality. This model is specially designed for urban environments.

The Sunrise CRX-G is the ideal entry-level model for the brand. Based on the original Sunrise, it boasts a simple and minimalist design incorporating a large, frameless headlamp. Despite its basic appearance, the Sunrise has a very sophisticated feel thanks to its beautifully built cabin; its interior is perfect for relaxing on the sofa or watching Netflix. Coming in five variants, all of them promise quality and reliability. However, the SR-G variant with a 5.5-liter six-cylinder engine makes the Sunrise CRX-G the biggest choice for everyday commuters. This model comes with lots of options including black/white options, as well as glossier paint options, although none of my favorites as yet arrived from Suzuki.

SUZUKI CLARION CRX-M

A true fan favorite of mine, the Challenger CRX-M from Toyota is arguably the most striking luxury car from the British automaker this year. Yes, it lacks a conventional engine that will generate strong power, but despite the absence of overall power output, the car is equipped with the best drive and handling characteristics for any vehicle, offering excellent balance, stability, and refinement. In case you're interested in something a bit sleeker and sleek, we recommend you check the "Dynamic Line" concept of the Clarity model. That takes place on the outer panel which reveals a futuristic glimpse.
