The life of a student revolves around study and concentration on future goals. Students always try to give their 100% to score good marks to make their life more comfortable in the future. But studying all day long sitting on the chair for ten to twelve hours is difficult. But we can increase our sitting hours and can easily get down the things in a stipulated time.  But for this, what we need to do is yoga. Yoga helps the student stay fit in this kind of tedious day and helps them concentrate more on the study. Doing yoga at least one honor in a day can give us a huge advantage to a considerable extent. But we should know the yoga steps that can help us to study more efficiently and effectively. There are lots of yoga steps that can help us in study to adapt things quickly. While doing yoga, we must ensure that our intention should be to learn the appropriate yoga steps that can help us in increasing our concentration. Following are the crucial yoga steps that a student must know:-

1. Sukha Asana:- to perform sukhasana, the pleasant posture sits on the ground with both your legs stretched out in front, then bend your left knee and fold it in such a way that the sole of your left foot is placed on the inner side of your right thigh. Bend your right knee in such a way that the sole of your right foot is placed on the outer side of your left calf muscle. Place your hand on your knees. Do not stretch your body. Knees back straight'. Close your eyes, and relax. This asana helps the student stay calm in a hard time like in their examination and their life. The benefit of sukha asana is that you feel a different level of peacefulness and relaxation.

 

 

 

2. Paschimottana asana;- to perform pachimottana asana, we need to sit on the floor, legs spread straight, and hands placed on the floor beside the body. Bend your body in the forward direction from your hips. Lengthen your tailbone, lean forwards, and stretch your hand forwards toward your toes. Relax. It's also an important asana and quite beneficial for students. 

 

 

3. vajra asana ;- the next asana, we need to learn is vajra asana. To perform this asana, we firstly need to kneel on the floor. Your knees, big toes, and ankles should parallel to each other and should touch the ground. Place your palm on the knees. Keep your spine straight. Look in the front direction; close your eyes. Relax. It does not only help you to increase your concentration but also helps you to feel a different level of comfortability.

 

 

4. Hala asana :- anthoer important asana is hala asana. It is also an important yoga for students. In this asana, firstly lie down on the floor. Lift your legs in the upward direction until they become perpendicular to the floor. Now bring your legs downwards from over your head until they touch the ground. Rest the palm of your hands on your back to support your position. Relax. 

 

 

These days, people find it difficult to focus and concentrate. With lots of problems in our life, we are hardly able to get time for yoga. But if we do yoga, we would obviously see the results, which will definitely increase our concentration and focus.
