On Sunday, his remains were sent to Surat Than, Thailand, for an examination. The death is not being investigated by Thai authorities as suspicious. In honor of Wayne, a section of the Melbourne Cricket Ground has been dubbed the SK Wayne Stand. In 2006, Wayne collected his 700th Test wicket and his maiden hat trick at the MCG.
