I am not suggesting on this topic that you take a trip. But if you and your spouse find yourself drowning in a sea of luxurious habits, such as overeating and understaffing, a two-way beach trip seems like a perfect reward for slowing down and strengthening together. Have you ever heard the old saying, “the quickest way to get where you want to go to help someone else get there”? After all, the evidence is found in low-fat desserts. A recent study conducted at Indiana University in Bloomington found that 94 percent of couples who exercised together lived longer and were able to achieve goals compared to only 57 percent who tried on their own, according to Better Homes & Gardens. You see, fasting with your spouse and enjoying the right combination of foods, to achieve your same goal, is equally rewarding and can be very enjoyable. Couples who indulge in food and healthy living together enjoy greater success and live happier, longer lives! When couples plan their weekly meals together, they are able to choose the right combination of foods well in advance and are able to apply appropriate strategies when dealing with adverse conditions of going to restaurants or entertaining at home. To win, to win. And it is no secret that couples playing together are living together. This is because collaborative support activities produce healthy bodies, healthy relationships and healthy health. When you think about it, it makes sense that couples would set similar goals for themselves. And if you have been struggling to lose weight on your own, you may agree that the marking team is the way to go. Dig in. Attack those love handles. Fight fatigue. You can do it if you plan and eat a healthy diet and stay active. And whatever you do, don't delay. Postponing makes a good plan worse. When you wait to do something it usually does not happen. Better Homes and Gardens gives us this quote from Martica Heaner, author of Cross-Training for Dummies, "If you wait later there are more reasons not to do it." So pick five for your partner and get started! And remember good people, the whole body loses weight in a different way. Peaks and valleys are expected. One of you may lose weight faster than the other - in fact men tend to lose weight faster than women - so always be aware of these differences and support each other. Do not criticize. Don't talk. Celebrate the milestone together and feel good about yourself. Even if you reach your goals at different times you are still going the same way ... together. Losing weight you want is as easy as reminding yourself to do the right things while avoiding the wrong. Stay committed. Stay focused. Choose the right food combinations and work together. And if you are thin, strong and attractive, it will be time to book that sunny Caribbean trip - why not? You got it. And do not worry if you are not in a relationship. Ask a friend or family member to drive you and remind you to put down that biscuit and leave. Hello, find out what works for you and just do it! The point is to look and feel better. And I feel that traveling alone can be very fun, too! ###
