Why prangnancy care is important

You probably know how important it is to eat a healthy diet, but it is even more important when you are pregnant. Remember now you are eating two. Whatever you eat, the baby eats too. In fact the baby is taking your nutritious food so you should eat enough for both of you. Healthy eating is better during pregnancy and with you. Do not miss meals during pregnancy, especially for breakfast. Breakfast is a very important meal - it can either make or break your day. You can learn that if you wait a long time before eating you start to get sick, this is your body telling you to eat. Make it! Make sure you get enough food you need every day. Takes 4-6 dairy products on the day of a healthy pregnancy, this could include cheese, milk, yoghurt. This gives the baby the calcium it needs to develop healthy growing bones. Adding extra calcium to your diet will not harm you, especially your teeth and bones. Do not forget about your diet of fruits and vegetables. Most greens are always a good choice, as are sweet potatoes. Not only will you give your body what it needs but you will also start to get stronger. Try to throw away sweets all week and replace them with healthy ones and see how you feel. Foods to Avoid: Not all foods are safe during pregnancy, there are a few things you should avoid eating: - unpasteurized products- brie and other soft cheeses if unpateurized.- Somefish- exotic, shark, swordfish, or anything that may contain high mercury- raw eggs well- lunch meat. If you are buying a sandwich you can ask them to roast the meat a little. - Caffeine - soda, chocolate. If you find this difficult you can relieve yourself, but if caffeine is low in your system it is better for the baby. If you are unsure about what to eat, you can ask your doctor for a list of things to avoid during pregnancy. They will be very happy to share this with you. You may also learn that your stomach will not absorb some of the food that we used to have. Some of these foods may include fatty foods, fast foods, meat, and certain strong smelling foods. Eating healthy doesn't mean you have to cut out all the fun in your life, you can still manage on your own from time to time. Go out and get a frozen yogurt or smoothie. While making sure you get enough food throughout the day, that does not mean ignoring your liquid food. You will need plenty of water and juice from here on out. The child will thank you later. Who knows, you may find that you really enjoy eating healthy foods and continuing to do so even after pregnancy
