Why People Fail In Internet Marketing?

That was the statistic I heard the other day.

My first inquiry is whether you believe that is correct. At first look, it appears to be a bit excessive, but then I ran the calculations.

First and foremost, let's define what constitutes failure.

So, because most people's "hope" is to become a full-time internet marketer, let's use that as the dividing line between failing and succeeding.

Let's assume that 97 percent of persons who begin internet marketing do not continue to do it full-time.

So, let's talk about the stats...

Let's imagine the Warrior Forum has 5,000 members at any one moment (on average).

If just 3% of them succeed at internet marketing, that means there are 150 individuals online at any given moment who make a full-time job from it, earning at least $50,000 per year.

So, what are your thoughts now? Is that 97 percent figure accurate?

My second question is, why is it if that is the case?

In my perspective, it boils down to two factors.

1) Inability to concentrate

Jumping from one way to the next in search of a silver bullet.

2) Inability to persevere

Instead of giving up because it's too difficult, try making $5 a day for a month, then $10 a day for a month, then $50 a day, and so on.

I know from personal experience that after I got beyond those two hurdles, I began to see some significant results online!

Unfortunately, snake oil marketers have been selling the magic bullet to all of our aspirations and dreams since the dawn of time. It's all over the place: weight loss, generating money, and so on. Most of us enter with that idea, and when we don't get rich overnight, we realize it's not a get rich quick sort of business - and sadly, most (supposedly 97 percent) aren't ready to put in the time, energy, and effort to make it happen.

Just look at all the WSOs out there - there are a million and one ways to earn money, and people aren't ready to stay with a single technique long enough to make it a success. And on this issue, individuals are frequently seeking 'techniques' and/or 'strategies' for generating money instead of focusing on a true company model that produces long-term success.

People simply stop too soon, to put it that way. I honestly think that anyone who perseveres in any element of life may achieve their objectives - but most people lack the inner drive to keep going despite life's continual attempts to knock them down and prevent them from succeeding.

People who fail at fitness, dating, investing, or anything else for which they turn to self-help items are either too lazy or too afraid to put in the effort. Due to a basic rule of numbers, most individuals will fail at most things that are moderately difficult to perform. If what's desired is something extraordinary, most people will not acquire it. When you think about it, 70 percent or more of individuals "fail" at routine, everyday tasks like keeping a stable work. A second argument that was UNIQUELY applicable to IM. Many internet marketing experts advise their clients to publish books on internet marketing. They may not state it outright, but if you look at certain people's work, you'll notice that they're pointing in this direction. The problem with this strategy is that by urging you to make IM products about IM, they're effectively telling you to "compete with me in a market where I've already made a lot of progress using the exact same principles I'm employing." You're obviously going to lose if you do that.
