Why Mirror Mirror On The Wall

Self-esteem is a factor that often causes one to consider young women to be self-absorbed. In any case, most people, no matter how old or young, tend to be obsessed with their body image. This image is made of real-life mirrors in a mirror combined with the knowledge of life, for example, a picture of our young/perfect / very thin body, and speculation about what their "bodies" should look like. This "should" appear in the media, parental influences, peers, previous encounters or anyone who can say for sure what….

In my many long periods of preparation for good health, I have seen one common theme among new health members. Most beginners start an exercise program to “be strong and balanced” and to transform a particular body part. Note that the language that can be used here is a specific organ. For example, it is common for men to lose waist fat ("stomach cushions") and for women to carry waste.

Have you noticed others at your gym? If you think you are doing it, you will see that there are a lot of men doing chest work and arm work and a lot of women doing low bodywork. From time immemorial I have allowed the outer and inner thigh (kidnapper/connector) at work for a successful weight lifter. However, she had never specifically prepared these muscles because she felt that these functions were “feminine”!

Indeed, we have all heard for a long time that it is difficult to "see weight loss" by practising the organ, but honestly, this idea is hard to have… especially for beginners. I can not see how often I have given each person a weight-training program and a high-impact exercise style that has been eagerly anticipated but over many months it has been found that the gymnast has discarded habits that were not focused on. in an imaginary place of pain and replaced them with additional arrangements for the tasks they performed.

In the meantime, take the same amateur, get the person in question to exercise regularly and intentionally for half a year and get the basics of a real body change. Why is it important here? It suggests different things to different people, but to me it means equality… and equality is amazing. A balanced body shape moves better in a straight line (this means better testing your clothes), it can be trusted that it performs longer and better continuous activities and does not want to support the injury. Indeed, the obvious “pain points” of a person do change, yet all the trouble-free areas do.

The most interesting thing I have noticed is that with this body change, the novice now has a real passion for his changed body and has redesigned goals and ideas to transform his body ... and how a strong body should look alike. It is very common to hear female buyers say they did not know that their arms could be attractive and fit and that men said they liked to have “really” legs. The same ladies began to avoid going to the gym as they meditated on the small hips.

Half a year later when new students start to see real comparisons, they talk about how they feel with a real sense of accomplishment (it's hard to work to get there for sure!). They begin to plan new life goals in a shocking way different from the ones they started with. These people have not yet begun to change their bodies, they have changed their thinking. Their view of their bodies, or the way they see themselves, is completely different.

They see that they look good and feel better!
