Why Mental Health Is Still Important?

According to the World Health Organization, mental illness is a disease in which we make our abilities known. Like small problems in life. Mental illness does not mean that a person is mentally ill. A mentally healthy person can contribute to his community. Many people confuse mental health and mental illness, but they are two different; the role of both of them is different.

“You don’t have to control your thoughts. You have to stop letting them control you.”

— Dan Millman

In a way, we get treatment from doctors for mental illness. And in mental health, we sit peacefully and search for some result. That's the difference between the two. Having a mental illness can also affect a person's functioning, such as mental health problems, illness, disorder, and failure. Disability is a leading cause of mental illness in the US and Canada.

Such as schizophrenia, ADHD, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and autism. Schizophrenia is a disease in which we have delusions. Taking too much worry or trouble, after a time, our brain stops working, which is called schizophrenia.

In the beginning, this disease seems like a common disease, but when we think or worry too much about something, and then the hormones inside us also start changing. That is why it is said that do not think too much about anything. It is common to face difficulties in life.

Today everyone in the world is surrounded by this disease, which is called forgetting in simple language. Today's boys and girls are competing to get more jobs. Some are successful in this, and some are not, and some cannot reach there because the problem of money comes.

Today's parents worry about the marriage of the girl child and her job. About 3 to 7% of people are diagnosed with schizophrenia. And in 2017, this figure had crossed 1.1 million, and in 2019, there were 20 million cases of schizophrenia. And in some cases, this disease is genetic.

Some cases of schizophrenia are common, and some are rare. Like raising a child. How everyone is living in a family, like boys and girls taking drugs. This has become a common thing in today's era. Today's young boys and girls have the highest urge to get anything.

They want that just as it came out of my mouth, I should get it from my parents. The youth of today do not want to do any hard work. Going to college, the girl impresses, and then on the pretext of seeing them at the restaurant, they ask for money from the parents.

Far away from his responsibilities. Even today's parents never stop what the child is doing; it is common to get sick in such a situation. When we will not give any education to the coming generation, what can we expect from them in the coming time.

Those who understand even a little get better; otherwise, they take the fatal form of a disease. When they are sick, they go to the hospital while half of the problem is solved. Social problems such as chronic unemployment. Poverty, homelessness, exploitation, and pregnancies are commonly associated with schizophrenia.

Most people with schizophrenia even commit suicide. Because they do not know the way forward, they think that suicide will solve all their problems. And those who do not commit suicide become ill, and their disease also lasts for a long time.

Today's parents get married as soon as the girl gets married, they start searching for a boy, if they find a suitable groom for their girl, they are sure for the rest of their life. Otherwise, while searching for a boy, they get sick somehow and then slowly forget things.

It is said that worry is like a pyre. Due to too much worry, our brain becomes weak, and then we neither feel hungry nor thirsty. More medicines have to be taken than food. Then the same people go round the doctors, eat medicine, but instead of worrying, if we think calmly, then the problem is generally every parent.

Whose girl is young and has become eligible for marriage. In 2015, this figure had crossed 17,000. When a doctor feels that he cannot be cured by medicines to an extent, the doctor recruits him. Positive symptoms are those symptoms that are not experienced in the same way but are present in a psychotic person in schizophrenia.

Hallucinations usually involve hearing as hearing sounds but can sometimes involve any of the other senses of tone, sight, smell, and touch. The major depressive disorder also falls under a mental disorder in a way.

In which if a person does not get respect, then he starts thinking more, his entertainment also decreases, then such a person does not like anything, some people have different periods of depression, all They are not the same, some get better with time and understand themselves, and on the other hand some people hurt themselves with their own thinking.

If there is life, there are ups and downs in it. To some extent, there is food, and to a large extent, the family is also friendly. But looking at the time, we should also become a little practical, everyone in the world likes those who keep smiling and on the other hand, those who do not want to change, then only one part of them.

Solitude only comes. Only a family member would like to spend time with the person, and neither would a friend.

“Emotional pain is not something that should be hidden away and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain; there is growth in your pain, but only if it’s first brought out into the open.” — Steven Aitchison.
