Why low Carb Diet Plan – When More Is Better

When most people want to lose weight the first thing they usually do is start a diet. And eating for most people means “stopping eating”. Not right! A healthy diet should include a low-calorie diet consisting of calories from simple carbohydrates (sugar and ground flour) as well as plenty of whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables and good sources of protein. This is the foundation of a good low-carb diet. In fact, a healthy diet should make you eat more instead of less! Not extra food, but often. The body is a wonderful way. It is aimed at one important purpose. Survival. When your body feels threatened by malnutrition you tell yourself you are hungry. To combat this condition the body will begin to break down muscle in order to use it as energy and save its fat stores in the final attempt to save themselves from what you think is imminent death. This is bad on both sides. First, by using muscle tissue to gain strength you lose valuable metabolic function. This means you need muscle support that helps keep your metabolism working faster. High metabolism means more calories burned even at rest. Fats, on the other hand, do not need any energy to support them. It's just a "dead" weight. Second, the body will begin to store more fat because it is preparing itself for the worst. Your survival is the most important concern for your body so you will do your best to stay alive. So what can you do if you want to eat less without starving yourself and send your body into this defense mechanism? Eat small meals several times a day. This applies to two levels. By eating more often you will not starve faster and your body will remain elevated because you will be digesting food more often. Digestion uses as many calories as any other physical activity. So here's the plan. Eat four or five times a day. Not what many would consider a diet (a great two-dimensional lesson and dessert!), But a small portion of protein and fresh fruits and vegetables. This can be achieved with a little planning and preparation in your spare time. Cook your weekly meal - skinless chicken is an excellent source of protein and can usually be purchased in a large package or price package at your local grocery store - and refrigerate it in separate packages, one for each meal. Eggs white are an excellent source of protein as well. By mixing three or four white ones in one egg and throwing it in the microwave for about 90 seconds, beating it back and forth for another 60 seconds, you can have some nice soft-boiled eggs almost anywhere. Without all the cholesterol! Buy your product and clean it, separate it into portions of food size. All of this can be done in a few hours over the weekend. Purchasing some disposable storage containers can help keep things simple and organized. Try to eat every three hours or more to keep your metabolism and energy high. This will help you to stay away from those foods. Also, drink plenty of water. Water will help cleanse your body and make you feel full. So you see, with a little planning and sticking to a low-carb diet sometimes a lot of food can be better!
