Why lose Weight Permanently Without Dieting

How Can You Lose Weight and Maintain Weight Loss Without Solid Foods How often do you hear a friend say, “I'm eating junk food”? Then what happens is that your friend will lose weight for a while before you put them all back together again. I bet you have seen someone say "Cardio is the best for weight loss". The man then hit the treadmill religiously but the results were slow. Suddenly, she stops and gains all the weight she has lost, and sometimes even gains extra! Ah, so imagine that you have finally found the answer to losing weight permanently. You ate solid food and ran your heart. She quickly lost weight. But somehow, something is wrong when you look in the mirror with your birthday suit. Yes, you have lost some weight, but somehow your physique is not as pleasing as you would like it to be. Then, suddenly, you hit the ground running. No matter how strong your diet and cardio activity, your weight simply refuses to lose weight. Then horrible things, you actually start to gain weight! You get frustrated because with an inconvenient plan and you soon lose out on ‘guilt food’ many times, and the weight comes back again. The program failed and you blame it on your bad genes. Why ??? Here is the reason. First, take a good look at the title of this article. It's "Fend Off Fats" and not "Fallen". My point is, by simply losing weight, you will also lose muscle mass in this process. By losing muscle, you will lose body tone and thus your metabolism of burning calories will slow down. Therefore, you should build muscle while losing fat. You may gain weight because your muscles are heavier than fat. To lose fat and keep it from functioning permanently, you need to combine healthy eating habits, combine cardio exercises and lift weights to build muscle. For every kilogram of muscle you pack, you will burn an extra 70-100 calories a day without doing anything. Can you imagine the benefits of building 5kg extra muscle? You will be burning extra 350 to 500 calories a day even if you are lazy. You will be burning the Big Mac every day! To further clarify my point, 1 kg = about 7,700 calories, so if you burn 500 calories a day because of the extra muscle you have, you will be burning about one pound every two weeks just because of your high digestive rate! You will look and feel beautiful, healthy and have a good tone too! Is it any wonder that bodybuilders tend to eat more and less fat? Everyone knows that deep cardio and a solid diet make you lose muscle mass and fat. So while you are going to lose weight at first, you will look, well, your smaller version without muscle tone. Isn't that what we want right? Therefore, as you lose more muscle, your metabolism begins to decline. In addition, your body will begin to store fat and 'eat' your muscles for energy as you respond to your strong diet. What happens is that you will hit the floor and no matter what you do, you will no longer lose weight and your fat will start to crawl again. This, in short, is the result of the 'yo-yo' we are most helped by. Losing fat is easy. And note that I said ‘easy’ but I did not say ‘easy’. My directions will be easy to understand, but killing will take your determination and morals. It is a lifestyle change to keep fat gone forever and you will be glad you did because you will be accustomed to the changes in just a few weeks. At that point, it will be a blow to you, especially if you are rewarded with a strong, healthy, food-loving body, and a radiant complexion to begin with! Here's how you do it. Simply put, losing fat means you have to burn more calories than you consume. Time. Lose weights with a combination of exercises - Forget those tiny biceps curls and tricep push downs. Walk in large muscle groups like legs, back and chest. Why? Because it works with large, heavier parts, and that means more body parts are working, which translates into extra calories. If you qualify, do large sets (4 or more exercises or restless sets between sets or exercises). Here is an example. Do only one set of exercises each without resting between the exercises. Choose a weight of about 60% -70% of what you normally lift and walk at least 25 times. Do more if you can or until your muscles are tired, then stop. Leave the gym. The whole process should not take more than 40 minutes. After warming up nicely, start with squats, then immerse, pressing the bench, the barbell line and the military pressure. Sounds easy? it is not. You will be sweating, breathing and sweating profusely. What is being achieved? You will be combining cardio exercise with aerobic exercise and your body will burn for the next few hours. Do this 3 times a week at least during breaks. After 4-8 weeks, change the exercise routine. So if you usually squat first, then squat at the end. Then after another 4-8 weeks, switch to other exercises, such as changing squats with a dead lift, or metal bar lines and lat drop down. This frightens your muscles so that they can continue to adapt and grow. For cardio, run the first thing in the morning before breakfast. If you are running at a normal speed, keep running for at least 45 minutes. If you are running at 65% to 80% of your maximum heart rate (you will be panting and can not sing or complete a sentence while running), 20-30 minutes will suffice. Anything more than that can cause muscle spasms. You can vary the speed by slowing down to catch your breath. Do this 5-6 times a week. Eating habits? Just eat a little from what you usually eat. For example if you have 2 slices of bread and 2 eggs in the morning, now take one slice and one egg. Just eat half of what you eat but eat Mor
