Why lose Weight Or Lose 13 Years!

We always hear you… lose weight for your health. Few people, however, realize how important this is in their physical well-being and ultimately their life. In January 2003, the Journal of the American Medical Association published a study that found that obesity appears to shorten life expectancy, especially among young people. The study showed a white 20-year-old white man, (5'10 ”) 178cm and weighing (288 kg) 130kg estimated to have lost 13 years of his life due to obesity. It is now well-researched that Western diets that lead to obesity may actually work to promote cancer cell growth. It is never too late to improve your health with a healthy diet and exercise a healthy lifestyle. Here are some simple steps you can take to improve your health and vitality. 1. Check whether you are overweight or obese. To get your BMI you need to divide your weight (measured in kilograms) by your height (measured in meters) by square. If the result is greater than 25, your health may improve by decreasing. 2. Adapt your diet to your body's needs. If you eat and drink more calories than your body needs you will gain weight. Learn to control calories and portion sizes, make recipes smaller, and eat out at fast food restaurants. Also learn how to eat snacks with healthy choices. 3. Color in your diet with colorful fruits and vegetables that fight cancer. There are seven different colors of both fruit and vegetables and by choosing between 5 and 9 daily varieties of fruits and vegetables, we extend our use of cancer (and other diseases) to fight nutrition. 4. Eat pure protein in all foods. Proteins provide a powerful signal to the brain that provides a long feeling of fullness. Proper source of protein is important in controlling your hunger for fewer calories and is essential for maintaining your lean muscle mass. Protein options should have a taste of soy shakes on fruit; white chicken and turkey, seafood such as shrimp, scallops and lobsters as well as seafood or vegetarians may opt for soy-based meats. 5. Renew your metabolism through activity. If you want to enjoy a healthier life, exercise is an important ingredient. A 30 minute activity each day that takes as much effort as a fast walk is recommended for adults. Children should work one hour a day. 6. Get support to make sure you are developing a healthy eating plan and reaching your goal weight. The study, "Effects of Online Behavioral Counseling on Weight Loss in Adults at Risk of Type 2 Diabetes" showed that participants who had weight training support lost more weight than those who did not. The study concluded that the support of a weight loss trainer can significantly improve the results of weight loss. Obesity or obesity has been shown to be close to smoking, as a major preventable risk of cancer. Even light weight loss has been shown to have beneficial health effects. So it is not too late to start and you will never be too young or too old to worry about your health and do something about gaining a healthier weight.
