In the journey of life, a person always has to carry a bag of difficulties together. This is the law of nature and no one can change it. Difficulties are the cornerstone of life, without difficulties human life cannot be built.
But the man never thinks about these problems and should not think too.
Because if a person always keeps thinking about the difficulties, then it will be no fun to live life. And perhaps God has also given us the power to forget the difficulties, it means that we can live life easily even though it is difficult.
Now the person has to walk with the bag of that difficulty in the journey of life. Now man has two ways, first, he carries this bag in the journey of life happily, or should remain buried under the burden of this bag.
Almost people will choose the first route, but not everyone can walk on this road. It is very difficult to walk this path in real life. It is very difficult to run your life by hiding your difficulties, and it is not a matter of everyone.
Let’s understand this with the help of an example.
Amar and Rohit were two friends. Both studied in the same class.
Amar had difficulty in studies, Rohit also had problems in studies. The exam time was near, Amar could not overcome the problem related to his studies. Now there was a fear in his mind that he would not be able to study, and due to this fear, he failed in the exam.
On the other hand, Rohit was also afraid, but he put the fear in the side, studied a bit with courage, and he passed in the exam.
The same happens to us, with a little difficulty, we are so afraid that as if the whole world has ended for us. Everyone has difficulty, but he who makes an excuse of difficulty for defeat is a coward.
That is why we should forget our difficulties and live our lives happily because on this earth there is only human who can do everything. Live with happiness and keep the trouble aside, because the treasure of happiness and trouble never ends. The Buddha taught that the secret to life is to want what you have and to not want what you don’t have. Being present means being present to the life that you have right here, right now. There is freedom in taking life as it comes to us—the good with the bad, the wonderful with the tragic, the love with the loss, and the life with the death. When we embrace it all, then we have a real chance to enjoy life, to value our experiences, and to mine the treasures that are there for the taking. When we surrender to the reality of who we are, we give ourselves a chance to do what we can do.Often we find our feelings scary, heavy, and confusing, so we try to keep them at a distance. But we need our feelings in order to find satisfaction, meaning, and pleasure in life. Getting rid of feelings not only backfires but it also drains us of the psychological energy that makes life worth living. Feelings are the gas in the engine of our personalities. They are the source of motivation. They are the energy, the vitality, the juice of life. Without them, our lives wouldn’t have any personality, dimension, or color. There wouldn’t be any joy, creativity, or fun. There wouldn’t be you. There wouldn’t be me. Without our feelings, nothing would really matter.
