In my survey conducted a few weeks back, I realized a very important fact related to professional career. A FAQ Is your job really stressful? It was the subject of the survey. The result of the survey was really unusual. I realized that most of the surveyors were happy with their jobs. As far as his job was concerned, every morning was a new challenge for him. However, this was a positive response and is contrary to the fact that many people are unhappy with their jobs. So I did more research on this topic. This is what I have found, 90% of the people are happy with their jobs but are under extreme stress due to many associated factors. Let us look at these factors in detail. Here is the boss's pet, a phrase commonly used against people who try to be extra friendly to their superiors or bosses. This is mainly done for the purpose of getting noticed by your seniors or boss. Such sayings cause inevitable stress for the rest of their peers. Their co-workers will not only be jealous of such people, but will be concerned that their contribution towards the company will be overlooked and decisions may be influenced by that individual. On the other side of this story will be the fear inflicted by such people, which they have got from superiors. The level of cooperation that his colleague gets is continuously decreasing. Hatred and anger will be persistent feelings toward people with this behavior. This can be considered as an important factor due to which the person may leave the company or motivate his associates to do the same. Another point that topped the list of factors causing stress in the corporate environment is company sabotage. This can happen in many ways, so let's look at some developments on the subject. This is what happened in one case scenario; The senior chef of a hotel got a better job opportunity at another place. He made up his mind about that situation and decided to leave. During his notice period in the company, he offered better job opportunities and remuneration to his junior cooks and asked them to leave as well. He did so and joined him at his new place of work. All the cooks who went were happy. Although this is not the end of the story, here we see that one person so easily ransacked the entire hotel. This is a concern that continues to haunt many people. They live in fear of how they will manage the rest of the team if a member of their team leaves, so that business may not be affected. Another cause of the element of stress in everyday professional life is competition. In fact, competition is such an issue that if it is exceeded a certain limit, it can be harmful at any stage of life. This is what I once saw; Two good friends were working in the same law firm. He was new and apparently had the urge to impress his superiors. Because of this, there was only competition between them. For every small matter, he always got an uphill battle for electoral status. Every case was thoroughly studied, thoroughly researched and wonderfully presented to his superiors. The seniors are very happy with the performance of both. However, what was overlooked and later faded was their friendship and trust in each other. A healthy competition is always a step towards success, but exceeding a certain limit can be very harmful. This competition will make all the contestants tense. This can result in poor
